Dear Ms. Tickly, thank you for your help and information. I assure you, that things are in the works and the legal actions are moving along  in spite of all the attacks from Philip Berg and Gary Kreep and an army of Obots, who even created additional sites and pages on Facebook, calling for my disbarrment  and need to waste time on dealing with those attacks. Obama’s operatives even took time to create a new group on facebook “Orly Taitz is a Racist Psychotic and bigoted pig” and have a picture of someone flipping a finger  as the main picture of the blog. If someone can contact facebook and Google and report all of these pages as hate groups, I will appreciate, as I don’t have time to deal with it.

I am waiting for additional info to be received shortly. I had to give sufficient time for them to respond to the appeal, so that the case is not dismissed due to my failure to go through the administrative appeal. At the moment I need to answer to the motion for summary judgment in the DC case Taitz v Astrue, where I demanded the application to the CT SSN 042-68-4425

Even though I got standing, the governement is asking to dismiss this FOIA case, as they are claiming that the right to privacy to the invalid social security number, that Obama is fraudulently using, even though it was never assigned to him, outweighs the right of 311 million American citizens to have a legitimate president with vital records, that were not forged or fraudulently obtained.

I posted all the docs on Friday, Julythe 2nd.

Here is again Obama’s selective service certificate with CT SSN 042-68-4425 and a letter from SSA, that he was never assigned this number.

    Obama, Soebarkah, Steve Dunham or Barry Soetoro..none of them will “schmeichl” their way out of this one. It is so embarrassing for the USA, that our institutions and elected officials have been so negligent.

    Every one who even superficially studies the evidence brought forth by Dr. Orly and others knows that we have a Ineligible fraud in the White House. The question that we need to address and develop a response to is. What power or force is causing all US main stream media, Congress, Courts, Federal investigative bodies to be silent on this issue or worse actively cover it up? Dr. Orly continues to do the legally correct things and the stonewalling continues. Incredibly powerful evidence is brought forth and the MSM doesn’t cover the biggest story in our Republic’s history. Military courts don’t allow discovery. My point is we as concerned citizens need to better understand what we’re up against and the tactics, methods that are being used to suppress justice being done and the truth being spoken in a national conversation. If we find the key(s) to the suppression we’ll be more effective in countering it(them)….If there are, as most likely, many applications of power to suppress justice and truth here, then there is also a weakest link. That will be our target for action to bring energy and resources to counter…..

    Good luck on the summary judgment thing. Be sure to include the fact Obama can’t be legit because he is using the number from someone born in 1890, so there is no truth to Astrue’s allegations. And that his selective draft number is bogus, too.

    Isn’t there a federal law that says you can’t hold a government office if you aren’t registered for the draft? Can you bring that up and ask for an immediate disqualiffifcation of Obama? What do you think?

    If any of the attorneys opposing you were appointed by Obama, you should demand they disqualfify themselves. Conflict of interest.

    What judge will hear the thing? When? Will it be televised?
