Request to stipulate to production of the application to SS_5 application to SSN 042-68-4425

Taitz v Astrue 11-cv-402 RCL

Dear Ms. Shapiro, Mr. West and Mr. Nemeroff

While FOIA legal actions do not require meet and confer, I am extending this letter as part of meet and confer and request to stipulate to production of the requested SS-5 application to SSN 042-68-4425, which is used by Mr. Obama since around 1980, but was  shown by the SSA, as one, never to be legally  assigned to Mr. Obama.

Documents provided in this case, as well as additional documents, provided with this  letter show, that Mr. Obama is defrauding the whole nation and illegally occupying the position of the President and Commander in Chief, while using a cheap forgery instead of a valid birth certificate, invalid Social Security number  and forged or fraudulently obtained other vital records.

I would like to reiterate, that If you and your client, commissioner of the Social Security administration Michael Astrue, who happen to be a licensed attorney and an  officer of the court as well, refuse to stipulate and produce requested application, you and your client become complicit to the  crimes committed by Mr. Obama against 311 million American citizens, and a formal complaint will be forwarded to the Attorney’s bar of the District of Columbia, as well as Inspector General of the Department of Justice, House Judiciary Committee and House oversight committee.

    If we can’t skin Sortoro/Obama/Soebarkah by his fraudulent short-form and long-form birth certificates then maybe we can skin him by his fraudulent Social Security Number and Selective Service Commission registration.

    I like the way Orly handles these people. Do this or else in crystal clear terms. Sometimes that’s the only way to get things done. You have to show them you are not messing around and will go for the jugular.

    West has been the US DOJ attorney that has covered up obama’s fraud crimes from the beginning instead of investigating them as is his job to defend the Constitution – not defend thug criminals like Obama. West should have started action against obama a long time ago. obama should be paying for his own attorney. The American people should not be paying for Obama aka Soebarkah’s crimes.

    How do you sleep at night West while you’re allowing the biggest crime to be perpetrated against the U.S. right under your nose?

    Yes, if one considers the actual “intended” purpose of the Department of Justice – to prosecute federal crimes whereever they occur, whenever they occur, and by whomever they occur, there is no reason why Dr. Taitz shouldn’t be including ALL of the complicit attorneys in the DOJ who have aided and abetted in the obfuscation of Obama’s crimes by refusing to prosecute them in the first place themselves. In actuality, Orly should never have had to bring the first case to court against Obama in the first place if the DOJ had just been doing their intended function all along – to prosecute ALL FEDERAL CRIMES PERIOD, NO, EXCLAMATION POINT! It is completely backasswards batshit crazy that the DOJ is representing this felon in court at the expense of the American taxpayers he is screwing royally!!!

    Since the US filed a motion to summary judgement, you should now definately report all these people to every bar association. Please post copies of your complaint letters.

    Col. Allen West I think is another politician. He said that the first thing he will ask Obama is what passport he used to go to Pakistan?
    Well, it appears that’s he already elected Congressman of Florida. When will he ask this question, when he gets elected president? So what’s the point when he cannot ask it now?
    I think the only person we can rely is Gen. Paul Vallely. He’s not a politician and as an officer, he will due his duty in the tradition of Gen. George Washington and Gen. Ike Eisenhower.
