Attorney Orly Taitz filed Rule 60 motion for reconsideration in Keyes et al v Obama et al and a request for a leave of court to file a second amended complaint in RICO due to new evidence, namely sworn affidavit by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, as well as video taped expert testimony attesting to forgery in Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service certificate and Social Security number
