Open letter request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 5 US 552 and Presidential records Act and Presidential Executive order 13489, from January 21 2009
Dear Mr. Holder
Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information act 5 US §552 and Presidential Records Act, (PRA) of 1978, 44 U.S.C. ß2201-2207, I request access to the two certified copies of the long form birth certificate for Barack Obama, allegedly delivered to the White House by Mr. Obama’s attorney Judith Corley of Perkins Coie, and presented to the public on April 27, 2011, as genuine certified copies, by the prior White House counsel, Mr. Robert Bauer (of Perkins Coie as well). I request such access to be granted to me within 20 days as specified per Freedom of Information Act.
Ordinarily, I would have made such a request from the Archivist of the United States of America, however upon inauguration, on January 21, 2009, as one of his first decrees, Mr. Obama has modified the Presidential Records Act, by adding a requirement for the Attorney General to approve such release of records. (Executive order 13489, Amendment to the Presidential Records Act.) It appears, that Mr. Obama knew, that there is a problem with authenticity of his vital records and as one of his first orders of business, he added a layer of protection or a layer of stone walling on FOIA requests for presidential records, by adding a requirement of an approval by the Attorney General for release of information.
While I do not envy your predicament of being between a rock and a hard place and probably being torn between your loyalty to Mr. Obama and loyalty to the country, I would like to remind you a couple of things.
Please, be advised, that the issue of privacy is nonexistent in this case, as Mr. Obama has personally entered the document in question in Public record and public domain by posting it on the official web site of the White House , WhiteHouse.gov. At issue today is not the privacy, but authenticity , as attached documents, sworn affidavits and pleadings in my case Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue, commissioner of the Social Security Administration) show, that the document posted by Mr. Obama on Whitehouse.gov is a forgery. Additional exhibits in the complaint and motion to strike in Taitz v Astrue, 11-cv-402-RCL USDC District of Columbia, show that Connecticut social security number 042-68-4425, that is used by Mr. Obama today, while in the White House, in his tax returns, and used since around 1980 was never assigned to him. Attached exhibits also show fraud and forgery in Mr. Obama’s selective service certificate, educational records and other vital records.
Attorney General Holder, I would like to remind you, that you are not Mr. Obama’s private criminal defense attorney, but rather the top law enforcement official in the country. You are acting on behalf of “We, the people of the United States of America”, you are there to protect my rights, and the rights of each and every law abiding citizen of the United states of America against fraud, uttering of forged documents, elections fraud, Social Security fraud, usurpation of US presidency and treason. We, the people of the United States of America, demand that you do your job and stay true to your oath of office and not be complicit in aiding and abetting in commission of the above mentioned crimes.
Please, let me know, when can I and my forensic document expert visit the White House and examine the documents in question for authenticity. If request is not granted within 20 days, further action will be taken. It is my hope, that you will act in the interest of the citizens of the United States of America and will grant access to the above mentioned records.

All this while ORYR website is reporting that they have had five productive days compiling data on SOEBARKAH and that their quest is now leading them to INDONESIA, where they have landed and are following up on leads.
I think CANADA FREE PRESS is correct: Obama will be RESIGNING and much more quickly than we imagine, copping a plea deal or running away in exile.
