   Dear Mr. Scalise,
   I appreciate your return reply to my correspondence. With all due respect, I do not see
   any hope of the truth coming out. The FBI has been notified of fraudulent Birth Certificate(s),
   fraudulent social security number(s) as well as a fraudulent selective service card. Millions of
   Americans, including myself, are besides themselves that this situation is being allowed to
   occur. Congress is doing nothing. How more formal does the introduction to the information
   need to be than to first publish it to the FBI. It is an official complaint now. Former FBI and
   CIA employees, amongst other officials, have stated that the aforementioned documents
   are forgeries. The courts have at least (in DC) allowed discovery in the case, but the state of
   Hawaii refuses to comply. Nothing gets done.
   I have, in my own possession, document from the State of Hawaii as well as Louisiana showing
   Mrs. Pelosi knows, full and well, the status of his eligibility as per the constitution. Similar documents
   from the state of Hawaii shows their delegation KNEW of his ineligibility and DEFERED their qualifying
   documents (Hawaiian confirmation of nomination) to the DNC. These documents are free for anybody
   to request and receive. If I have them and know their importance, Congress cant seem to acquire the
   truth and act on it?
   May I give you a brief breakdown of the situation as it stands. Nancy Pelosi signed two different
   Confirmation of Nomination documents after the DNC’s Denver nomination party in 2008. One document
   states Barak Obama is eligible as per the constitution. This document was sent to Hawaii. The other
   document, missing the entire sentence stating he was constitutionally eligible, was sent to the other
   49 states of the union. She sent the “Constitutional “ document to Hawaii to appease the Hawaiian
   delegation who knew Obama was not born there. Their (Hawaiian) confirmation of nomination states
   Obama is eligible as per the DNC. Other earlier confirmation of nomination documents for John Kerry
   and for Al Gore state THEY were eligible as per the constitution, NOT the DNC.
   Tim Adams, a former federal elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu, has stated, under
   sworn deposition, that, as a federal elections clerk, he could not find the original long form birth
   certificate any where in any document form in the state of Hawaii. Further, he and his boss, made
   requests to both of the hospitals Barak and his family stated he was born in. Both institutions replied
   the documents they were requesting did not exist in their records. Furthermore, Mr. Adams stated,
   once again in sworn deposition, that most Govt. employees in Hawaii KNEW Obama was not born there
   and that it was somewhat of an “open secret” in his words. I include the two confirmation of nomination
   documents as attachments with this e-mail. These were delivered to me by their respective states officials.
   The 9th district federal court of appeals has requested further information from Dr. Orly Taitz referring to
   the case by Dr. Alan Keyes …a suit claiming Mr. Obama is ineligible as per the constitution to be POTUS as well
   as demonstrating through the Govt’s own documents from the social security administration, that Obama’s
   SS# if fraudulent. (document also included) The document, provided by the Social Security Administration,
   shows the number associated with the President, Barak H. Obama, was never assigned to him! This SS#, in
   particular, has been shown by several private investigators to be associated with Barak Obama more than
   any other! (Yes, there are quite a few SS#s associated with this one man!)
   Once again. our govt., in my opinion, is impotent and relying on the people’s “sheep” mentality to sneak by
   the truth. I am disgraced by your and your fellow colleagues’ inaction in letting this nation be hijacked
   by , in all practical purposes, and illegal alien. The disgrace that is being perpetrated upon the great,
   hard working honest people of this once great nation is absurd at it’s best. Corrupting at it’s worst.
   Sinful at it’s core as well as just plain deceitful and dishonest. Truly, against the law, to be paraphrased.
   Your answer to my letter states You will sit by and watch what transcends. That, in the truest of American
   ways, is unacceptable in it’s political correctness and inability to produce. That is not the attitude that
   made this country great, by any stretch of the imagination. Your inaction is inexcusable, along with every
   congressman and woman that does NOTHING!
   I, Rene’ Richard, will stop at nothing to make available the facts of this situation to everyone… single individuals,
   Newspapers, radio shows, TV stations….basically anyone that has an open ear, will get my view of congress and
   their inept attitude to the constitution they swore to defend and follow….to Obey!

   Dear Mr. Richard:

   Thank you for your correspondence regarding President Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be President of the United States. It is an honor to represent the First Congressional District of Louisiana, and your thoughts and concerns are very important to me.

   As you know, Article II of the Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President including: natural born citizenship, 35 years of age, and 14 years a resident of the United States. Concerned citizens have questioned President-elect Obama’s qualification based on his place of birth, and legal challenges to his citizenship have been brought forth in several states. However, on Monday, December 15, the United States Supreme Court declined to hear a challenge to Obama’s eligibility based on his nationality.

   I take very seriously my Congressional duty to uphold the Constitution, and I will carry out this duty while serving in the House of Representatives. I share your belief that if the President of the United States does not adhere to the Constitution then he or she is no longer capable of holding the position. Please be assured that I will continue to closely monitor this situation as it moves through the judicial process.

   This is why I encourage every American to contact their congressional reps and let them know that we know that they know that Obama and his B.C. are frauds, and if they don’t take action on behalf of the American people, they are going to be held accountable for their complicity in this ObamaFraudGate, and ask them if they know off hand just what kind of prison sentence goes with involvement in a conspiracy like this. Give them something to think about; how much longer will they be living their cushy life before it changes to living in a prison cell.
