Important notice. Tomorrow’s hearing in LA was postponed

Posted on | August 9, 2012 | 9 Comments

After 5 Pm I got a call from Linda, clerk for the Chief Judge of the Los Angeles District Federal Court Judge Collins.

Linda stated that the motion scheduled for tomorrow was referred from Judge Gee to Judge Kronstadt. Judge Gee removed it from her docket and Judge Kronstadt is in trial. She tols me to talk to the clerk for Judge Kronstadt, Andrea Keefer.

As I wrote this notice, at 6 pm, the clerk for judge Kronstadt, Andrea Keefer, called me. She said that Judge Kronstadt is in trial in a criminal case, he is busy and he has 400 files. She said that he has my motion, he is working on it and he will have a ruling on it, but she does not know when.

I am greatly concerned. We have even bigger delays in MS. That case started in February. the judges do not dismiss it, but they do not  hear it on the merits either. Prior judge sat on it until after the primary and allowed Obama on the ballot by doing nothing, by not ruling before the primary election.

Now the federal judge, Judge Wingeit, is sitting on it and doing nothing and allowing Obama on the ballot in general election.

Maybe my supporters can call the clerk in MS and inquire, when can we expect a ruling on the motion to remand the case to the state court and to have an evidentiary hearing in regards to my motion for sanctions against MS counsel Begley and his CA co-counsel Scott J. Tepper for knowingly submitting to judge Wingeit a forgery and claiming it to be a valid long form birth certificate for Obama. I requested a signature on subpoena for the original birth certificate and the microfilm for the evidentiary hearing. This case has been going on since February, over half a year.

It seems to me that the establishment is trying different techniques. First, they tries to intimidate me with sanctions, they did it through Judge Clay D. Land. It did not work, as nothing and nobody intimidates me. Then they tried to dismiss the cases with bogus excuses and tried to wear me down with dismissals. It did not work, nothing wears me down, I do not get discouraged by anything. It seems that now they are trying to use a different technique now: delays, either to give Obama an opportunity to get in the WH through delays or to see which way the wind blows after the election.

This is the most important matter in the history of this country. We have a foreign national with a forged birth certificate, forged selective service certificate and a stolen Socil Security number sitting in the white house and fighting hard to extend his tenure for at least 4 more years, this is the biggest thread to our national security and our democracy. Even the Ca bar ruled that it is a matter of national security. These judges need to hear this and they need to hear this asap.

Oh, man…Orly…it looks like they got a little scared in Ca., after you got the “green light” in Indiana. Yeah, they are pranking you around. Delay-City! It’s another exampe of Obama telling some judge to stall…! Man, Ca. seems like a cesspool of corrupt, legal types!

Orly, if the judge has (400-cases), is it possible that you can request another judge?

I don’t understand how they can cause so many delays. I thought the Constitution guaronteed us all the right to a speedy trial? Who do we complain to?

Speedy trial is usually referred to a criminal trial. Unfortunately the corruption is widespread, particularly in the Federal Courts. We are becoming a nazi Germany. Citizens last their right for redress of grievances in courts. Most courts are a total sham. It is frightening

    Dr Taitz

You might want to try to get Donald Trump to use his influence in your cases. He seems to be supporting an investigation and disclosure.

Could you share a little more about what you mean by your comment about the California Bar and national security?
