More runaround from the courts. I need help from my supporters in reaching the court.

I just came from Indiana and I am trying to find out regarding my motion to recuse judge Gee tomorrow. My motion was referred from Judge Gee to another judge, Judge Kronstadt. Judge Gee removed it from her calendar, but judge Kronstadt does not hear morions on Fridays. We received no written or electronic notice, as to when judge Kronstadt will hear the motion. We left messages for the clerks of both judges. I need help in calling the court, the office of the chief clerk and chief judge and getting clarification, why when the motion was referred from one judge to another, wasn’t the Plaintiff notified of the date, time and place of where will the motion be heard.
After all the stress in Indiana I got really sick. My assistant placed several calls to the court with no response. I need help from my supporters in reaching this US District court in LA and getting an answer from them in regarding to tomorrow’s hearing to recuse Obama appointee Judge Gee from my case Taitz v Sebelius 12-1092 due to conflict of interest.

Just thought of this. Maybe you got the swine flu when you were up there in Indiana. Is it possible that you were infected by the opposition on purpose? Did you handle anything that was given to you or shake anyone’s hand?

Laughing Lena. That is a really mean thing to say to Dr. Taitz.
Dr. Taitz. I am here in LA and called the court. The hearing is back on for tomorrow morning with Judge Gee instead of the magistrate. After I explained to them the circumstances of your case in Indiana, the clerk went and spoke to the judge and she put it back on her calendar. The only problem will be it will not show up until tomorrow.
The reason I called is I wanted to attend that hearing myself, so I will see you there.

this is a mistake. It cannmot be with judge Gee, the motion was referred to judge Kronstadt.

Yes. It is my mistake. I called Judge Kronstadt’s office and spoke to the clerk there and the clerk spoke to Judge Kronstadt. He will hear your case tomorrow even though he doesn’t normally hear cases on Fridays.
I’m sorry for the mix up. Just has Judge Gee on my brain. Duh! 🙂
