I copied and pasted this directly from the Libarary of Congress website. (loc.com). I check for new resolutions every day on their daily digest. You would be shocked at all I have learned since January. Our country is being flushed down the toilet and we citizens are being lied to. God help our country, God help us and God help Orly. A blatant attempt to install a “President For Life”. Who could be behind such a bill? Surely not our Supreme Leader!

What are you afraid of? There have been numerous BIPARTISAN attempts to repeal the 22nd amendment, including one in 1986 specifically designed to keep Ronald Reagan in office for a third term. Why is it only “scary” when Democrats support the idea? Is it still scary when Democrats support similar resolutions sponsored by Republicans (like James Sensenbrenner and Henry Hyde?)
There have been resolutions just like this one introduced in Congress every session since 1991. Some Democrats supported the idea even though repeal of the 22nd amendment would have enabled the odious George Bush to run for a 3rd term.
You folks scare easily. I recommend aversion therapy.

Aversion therapy !?!? What a great idea ! It is my understanding that “shock” treatments are sometimes used in this procedure, and as soon as Obamas documents are disclosed,I think many people will be “shocked”
June 15th, 2009 @ 11:57 am
It was a bad idea then and it’s bad now.
What makes this really scary is that the chosen agent of ‘change’ (clearly not all change is good) will get this done.
Another day in the death of America…

To Jeffer:
What I found scary are all the resolutions that are not being discussed openly and how easily duped most Americans are to this idiot in the oval office. The “great pretender” Obozzo, ran his campaign promoting transparency but to this date their has been none. I will gladly attend therapy if obozzo will release his records and vaulted copy of his birth certificate.(if one exists at all) I believe it is time for your next kool aid session, bye bye

Calm down, friends. Congress cannot “change” or “remove” a constitutional amendment without jumping through hoops. First, the “resolution” must clear both the house and the senate by a 2/3 vote. Once that is accomplished, the resolution then goes to the states and must be approved by 3/4 of the states. As for the 22nd, there is also a further stipulation that it must complete the process within 7 years of being presented to the states. I don’t see this happening considering the mood of the majority of the states right now.

Where on the loc.com did you find the “daily digest”? I looked all over.

To Jeffer,
A third term as you indicated, Jeffer, has never been granted (after Franklin D. Roosevelt). The U.S. Constitution is a fixed document. It stays put even when adolescent Johnny-come-lately “thinks” a fragment of argument to suffer everyone else with. We are only six months into the first term of a power mongering man showing little hope. To your credit, Americans are a collectively apathetic and indifferent bunch when it comes to politics but hopefully that is changing.
If I threw a brick at a police car (I have no need to do this), I’d lose my career and face prison. This Administration arms up Hamas with 100 less than 1 billion (900 Million) dollars. Then we are made to apologize for:
OFFENDING the perennial Israel carnagers, throat cutters, body burners, anthrax spewers, civilian plane hijackers, civilian and military building destroyers, pregnancy clinic killers, nuke weapons site builders, train bombers, weapons smugglers, military recruitment center killers, mosque and any other venue killers, ship hijackers, nation infiltrators, vendetta keepers and U.S. Constitution pillagers. (I’m sure I missed stuff.)
To date, this president has condemned NONE of these acts from now or then and has systematically and systemically worked to destroy the United States’ Political, Industrial, Economic, Innovative and Constitutional machines with a lot of help from the two previous administrations. Demoncrats and Repukeagains are both to blame. To distill that: people of both parties and both ethnic races are to blame.
Also represented by the President are two hidden tenants of radical Islam’s religion that even George Bush and definitely Bill Clinton innocuously pandered to: submit or die. I don’t have aversion to dying. I do have aversion to submitting, and two more tenants:
A third term converted to a regime and its twin aversion therapy. Both would never end.
(I’m typing this hoping to get it posted before the Commander in Chief has us marched, stripped of rights, to a dissident concentration camp in the first presidential term.)
This administration already represents the climax of abandonment of Judeo/Christian values and embraces what seeks to destroy that historical anthropology. None can argue the United States needs an overhaul. We won’t find it in a third term.

I made a mistake. The correct website is loc.gov. It is the Library of Congress and you will have the ability to view each days activities by clicking on the Daily Digest for that day. Below is a copy and paste of what it should look like. Once I became more actively involved in the eligibility issue, I went back to the beginning of the year to see what has been done without our (we the people) knowledge.
For those interested in seeing a long list (840) of organizations involved with liberals/democrats/ACORN/and of course both obamas, check out discoverthenetworks.org. Click on “guide”, then “view list of all groups”. This will take you to a list of 840 groups up to their eyeballs in corruption. I have been going thru these one by one and have also sent them to Beck and OReilly since they have been investigating ACORN. My thought was to get more corrupt information on obama to assist Orly in the lawsuit.

To B Fuller:
I don’t think so.
The poster child over which all this furor is about doesn’t take law seriously and disdains law and order unless it’s his and his alone.
Remember only one contextual thing if nothing else: deceipt.
