   Dear Dr. Taitz,
   Congratulations on your victory!!
   I am not an attorney, nor am I a paralegal, but I wanted to offer a suggestion, for what it’s worth: what do you think of seeking a change of format: to have this case heard by a 7th Amendment Common Law jury, preferably in a more conservative area? In this way, the case could be heard by a jury of your peers who are fed up with the usurper’s chicanery – and the judge could not interfere. Just my two cents.

   Orly or someone, Can you start Discovery before the Dispositive Motion deadline? It seems to me you would have to wait for that deadline, a ruling on the motion and then, if ruled in your favor, discovery would begin.

    Dr. Taitz, I am a nonposting member at the Obot cite Fogbow where I keep a step ahead of them.

    They are having a discussion of what you need to do for your deposition. They say you cant force obama to go to CA and you can’t depose him in the witehouse so you need ato rent a room in DC with propper security. You have a lot to do as this case moves foreward. God bless you!

    When will all this new be brought up in the mainstream media. I think this is a major break in the battle that has been going on, but to keep on top with what is unfolding I have to come to this site (not that I don’t enjoy it). I have almost forgot about another incident in history. Google Martha Mitchell and Watergate. Another person laughed at that proved to be right!
