No law is actually a law if presidents and senators do not “recognize” it? Now, there is an interesting alternative to judicial review, and an indicator of how executive aggrandizement and legislative dereliction of duty degrade the rule of law.”

   The evident bewilderment displayed by Will is prima facie evidence of the depth of denial now prevalent in Washington, D.C.

   It is an equivalent to writing an article after the Pearl Harbor attack entitled “The Japanese might not like us.”

   The arrogance of the permanent political class is both shocking and out of control.”

   “OBAMA’S ABANDONMENT OF AMERICA”

   “Quite simply, Obama’s speech represents the effective renunciation of the US’s right to have and to pursue national interests. Consequently, his speech imperils the real interests that the US has in the region – first and foremost, the US’s interest in securing its national security.

   Obama’s renunciation of the US national interests unfolded as follows:

   First, Obama mentioned a number of core US interests in the region. In his view these are: “Countering terrorism and stopping the spread of nuclear weapons; securing the free flow of commerce, and safe-guarding the security of the region; standing up for Israel’s security and pursuing Arab-Israeli peace.”

   Then he said, “Yet we must acknowledge that a strategy based solely upon the narrow pursuit of these interests will not fill an empty stomach or allow someone to speak their mind.”

   While this is true enough, Obama went on to say that the Arabs have good reason to hate the US and that it is up to the US to put its national interests aside in the interest of making them like America. As he put it, “a failure to change our approach threatens a deepening spiral of division between the United States and Muslim communities.”

   And you know what that means. If the US doesn’t end the “spiral of division,” (sounds sort of like “spiral of violence” doesn’t it?), then the Muslims will come after America. So the US better straighten up and fly right.

   And how does it do that? Well, by courting the Muslim Brotherhood which spawned Al Qaeda, Hamas, Jamma Islamiya and a number of other terror groups and is allies with Hezbollah.

   How do we know this is Obama’s plan? Because right after he said that the US needs to end the “spiral of division,” he recalled his speech in Egypt in June 2009 when he spoke at the Brotherhood controlled Al Azhar University and made sure that Brotherhood members were in the audience in a direct diplomatic assault on US ally Hosni Mubarak.

   And of course, intimations of Obama’s plan to woo and appease the jihadists appear throughout the speech. For instance:”

   Soetoro signifies the adoptive father as Lolo Soetoro. Bar is obvious in Barack, but also links to the Islamic Aramic in bar means SON. So we have confirmation of this is the Son of Soetoro.

   The Kah is interesting in Indonesian, KAH translates as WAS. In names, KAH is added as a suffix to form a question of “Who?”

   So what SOE BAR KAH means is literal, and I’m genuinely surprised with even Indonesian
   “experts” asked to explain all of this, that none of them had any comprehension of the language of their own nation.

   Soe Bar Kah means literally Who is this, but the son of Soetoro.

   This name is the actual legal title of Barry Soetoro, his bona fides, that he has been legally adopted, is a Muslim and is an Indonesian from the Javan region.

   Just as Johnson in Scandinavian means Son of John, and Johnsen in Dutch means the same in different dialect. What this name on a legal document filed in America as a passport for Barack jr. is his legal manifestation that he is Indonesian, not American, as he has renounced his entire ties which bind to these United States.

   If this was American English, it would be I, Barack, am a foreigner, as a name means everything in explaining who the individual is. In Indonesian, this name is telling every person there, on the street or in government, that this tan kid is the adopted son of Lolo Soetoro and a certified Muslim…………he is one of the Indonesian clan.

   This name Soebarkah is the legal document which would hold up in Indonesian courts as it requires no other documentation. It appearing on a US document signifies it was in use as Obama’s defining name outside these United States.

   This is Barack Hussein Obama’s legal name. The meaning of it disqualifies him from the White House and exposes him as criminal fraud, as this child had it explained to him completely what this name meant in adoption, Islam and Indonesia, that he was no longer American.

   This is why this kid wanted to be “president of some country” as he knew damn well even then that America was off limits due to his being British and Indonesian, but the Empire had many colonies he could be president of one day if he slummed around far enough.

   What is troubling in this, is Maya Soetoro knows very well what this all means and she has been covering all of this up as a co conspirator.

   I find it hard to believe that this blog is the only forensics linguistics expert in all of this, but there you have for the first time someone pulling apart this tri part name in explaining what the prefix, base name and suffix mean for the total legal adopted name.

   It has come to that time for someone to say, enough said……….and it might as well be me.

   You and your congressional colleagues do not deserve the trust of the American people and quite frankly should not be allowed to continue masquerading as servants of the people!

   Let’s be blunt Mr. Gallegly, the government is corrupt to the core and the willingness of Congress to obfuscate, lie and distort the truth as it pertains to Obama’s usurpation of the presidency will not be allowed by those who cherish individual freedoms and the right to pursue peace and tranquility in their daily lives. We the people have had enough of the rot that pervades the government.

   The “Obama” eligibility issue is not one that you can conveniently ignore by sending out form letters or by telling constituents that you think “Obama” is constitutionally qualified or by hiding behind a CRS report that was generated for the sole purpose of bamboozling the American public and providing cover for your pathetic careers. No sir, this is about upholding the Constitution and doing what is morally and ethically right. It is about preserving America’s values and protecting our freedom and liberty. Mr. Gallegly, you have a constitutional and moral obligation to speak up now and demand a formal congressional investigation of AKA Obama. Nothing less is acceptable.

   Mr. Gallegly, you and the rest of the self-serving politicians in Congress work for me and my fellow Americans. ALL of you in Congress have a responsibility to provide me and my fellow citizen’s answers to these critical questions and issues. You swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. It’s time you took that oath very seriously!

   To recap, let me make this abundantly clear for you Mr. Gallegly. We have a man in the white house who has facilitated a bloodless coup of the government of the United States! He is now systematically destroying the country as he ignores and disrespects the Constitution at every turn. With your help and the help of every member of Congress who has chosen to look the other way you are contributing to the decline of our nation. As a consequence of YOUR inaction, the American people are rapidly losing their freedom.

   Mr. Gallegly, as a constituent of your district I demand that you respond to this letter and address the ongoing corruption within the Obama administration. I believe that a honest and thorough congressional investigation, utilizing the subpoena power and the authority of the FBI will quickly reveal that the individual known to the American people as Barack Hussein Obama has committed at a minimum the following crimes:

   Usurpation of the presidency in addition to identity fraud, election fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy, voter fraud including voter intimidation, violation of bankruptcy laws, real estate fraud, voter discrimination, perjury, forgery, bribery, attempted bribery, violation of Whistle Blower law, misrepresentation, abuse of power, violation of the 14th amendment, violation of court orders, obstruction of justice, violation of the War Powers Act, ongoing violations of basic constitutional responsibilities and continued lying to the American people.

   Mr. Gallegly, if I can figure out all this, why can’t you? The better question of course is why you and your fellow congresspersons continue to look the other way? What are you afraid of Mr. Gallegly? What are you waiting for? When are you going to do something about it?

   Forget about politics Mr. Gallegly and direct your attention to the rule of law; i.e., compliance with the Constitution of the United States. Do what is moral; do what is just and right. Uphold your sworn duty and protect the Constitution; for all freedom-loving Americans!

   I call upon you Mr. Gallegly to exhibit the integrity, decency, honesty and moral courage necessary to speak out and demand forthwith a full and complete investigation of the domestic enemy currently controlling our government. Nothing less is acceptable.

   There are about 3000 independently elected sheriffs in this country; they are our closest source of law enforcement and they all have what we need: recognized legal authority to investigate crime that affects their counties.    I do not file this criminal complaint and request for an investigation against Obama but rather Director Fuddy of the Hawaiian Department of Health, and her unknown accomplices, as she is the one that has claimed witnessing this document’s creation. Obama asked for a copy of his original certificate of live birth, not a forgery. Fuddy is much more vulnerable than the untouchable Obama. When Fuddy goes, Obama is sure to follow.”
