   It’s a good sign that the 9th Circuit has not decided yet. They have a problem with this case due to the way Orly presented her civil rights violations. Notoriously sympathetic to victims of discrimination (as all left wingers)it will be difficult to reconcile a knee jerk rejection of the merits of the case with the need to address the personal injustice to Orly.

   Do u suppose the 9th Circuit, is every bit as Corrupt as all the lower courts??The Judiciary actions of lower courts, concerning the Birth Certificate Issue, have made me very suspect of all people Imprisoned at this time, and all judgments of any kind..It appears, the most money dictates the amount of “JUSTICE” one receives….But, that is pretty much the same in any Country.

   I believe they are playing for time, wanting to run the clock out so that Obama can possibly be re-elected for a 2nd term before the truth will out.

   The case needs to be remanded to the lower courts and be tried on the merits.

   you might be right, but than again they did not have to schedule an oral argument. Most cases do not get oral argument. they did not have to stirr the pot. Tbhey could dismiss nearly a year ago

   This morning I drafted a letter and sent it to the Repubs in the Senate.

   Now, having written many letters to Congress through the years, I have learned that it is best to limit the number of words to one page; therefore, this certainly does NOT cover everything I wanted to say.

   Dear Senator McCain:

   PUZZLED!! Millions of Americans are deeply PUZZLED.

   When are you going to DO, or even SAY, something?

   While the President has committed untold offenses and crimes against us, nothing is done. Congress (especially Republicans) is absolutely silent and does exactly nothing – zero, zilch, nada.

   The President is guilty of the following, and as a member of Congress you have a constitutional responsibility to act, because he has violated his oath of office to preserve and protect the Constitution.

   Here are a few examples:

   1. He continues the implementation of ObamaCare although a federal judge ruled it unconstitutional and that it should not be implemented.

   2. He has ordered the EPA to implement key portions of the Cap and Trade Bill, although it was voted down by Congress.

   3.He constantly bars U.S. drilling but authorizes billions to Brazil and Mexico and publicly states that the U.S. can buy oil production from them.

   4. He refuses to secure the borders in spite of massive drugs and threats of foreign agents. At the same time his DOJ has joined in a lawsuit with foreign countries to keep the State of AZ from enforcing U.S. immigration laws.

   5. He has ordered his DOJ NOT to uphold the Defense of Marriage Act, and his DOJ voided the Black Panther voter intimidation actions.

   6 Last, but not least, he has finally released a long-form birth certificate, which many noted graphic experts declare to be a digitally altered document manipulated and edited prior to on-line publication.

   Fed. Law at 5 U.S.C. 7311 specifically provides that violation of the oath of office includes advocating the overthrow of our constitutional form of government. 18 U.S.C. 1918 declares that a criminal offense punishable by both a fine and imprisonment.

   WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED? WHAT DO YOU INTEND TO DO ABOUT IT? Let our country go to hell in a hand basket?

   Your constant silence and inaction make us as sick as Pres. Obama does. Shamefully the behavior of you Republicans in our eyes makes you complicit in his many abominable offenses.

   “This is very interesting news, according to Colonel Gregory Hollister of Hollister v Soetoro, the questionable social security number reserved for Connecticut applicants/residents that Obama is using came back as “fail” and “SSN not in file (never issued)” when searched on the Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS) web site. The SSNVS web site allows certain registered users to verify names and social security numbers. If you recall, the social number was verified as being used by Obama in his questionable Selective Service registration which can be verified by any online user. This is just more proof that a full investigation and prosecution must commence. How much more evidence is needed!?”

   No one in government or law enforcement has the courage to confront “Mr” obama about his crimes.

   Dr. Taitz has more “balls” than anyone in DC.

    The judges will not respond, the only verdict they could arrive at would be a judicial/political verdict that would compell the great pretenders removal from office.
    I expect these judges to ignore any ruling that would refect negatively on the fraud in charge. They can just sit on this, there will be no main stream media calling them to act and while waiting for them to act you won’t initiate other actions in their court.
