Dr. Taitz (and Bob) One) the other people mentioned Sec of State, etc Is this how the court avoids giving you a deault? Can the government/court clerk try and argue that even if the ursuper wasn’t president in 2008, the other people listed were part of the “government”? Two)do you think an appeals court will understand what this “rule 4″ is, since Judge Carter obviously does not. Are there appeals courts we should be calling on your behalf? |

Other defendants are irrelevant to the default against Obama. I think judge Carter understands the rule, he probably didn’t notice that Obama is being sued as an individual and that the case for filed on January the 20th, the inauguration day and therefore he couldn’t be sued for anything he has done in his capacity as a president and there is no humanly wayto apply rule 4i. I am sure Judge Carter will see his oversight and will grant the default shortly

Obama Bill Boards Slowly Spreading!

Grassroots sign onto eligibility billboard campaign
Washington state ‘Where’s The Birth Certificate’ sign appears
Come my friends, let’s get more Bill Boards out there.

I have ordered my sign. I should be receiving it in a couple of weeks.
When it arrives I plan to go to steps of the Florida Capitol and set up camp with the sign.
The Steps of the Florida Capitol is a key protest spot and people often set up camp with signs of varying issues.
While I would be able to only keep the sign visible for a temporary period of time, many people driving by will see the sign.
My presence and camp will act as a temporary bill board.
I encourage everyone in all 50 states to order a sign and set similiar camps on the steps of the capitols in all 50 states.
This initiative could act as a grassroots nationwide initiative to place temporary bill boards in all of state’s capitols.
Such an initative could be just as beneficial as having permanent bill boards set up which has very difficult to do.

Dr. Taitz,
I would not hold my breath if I were you. Judge Carter was very specific in his orders to you. If I were you, I’d do what the Judge ordered me to do.
