Please call the Central district court in CA, the clerk has to issue a default today. He has been dragging his feet since the 06.02.09.

I am afraid that they are dragging their feet until the 06.12.09 and they will dismiss then. Please call and ask that they do their job and post the default against Obama. It is all machines, I can’t reach one single live person there.

    Dear Dr. Taitz,

    What will happen after the default is entered??? Is VICTORY at hand?

    And where is Dr. Keyes in all this!? Why aren’t we seeing him talking about these momentous events on the TV and mainstream news sites!? Is he purposefully laying low? Is he attempting to speak out and being ignored or threatened in some way? And what about Lieutenant Easterling? When will we be getting an update on him? Is he still following orders? Has he faced any negative consequences from joining your lawsuit? What ever happened to the evil person who created that phony blog in the Lieutenant’s name? Were they ever found and prosecuted?

    i dont understand much on the law but i see enough to see the public is getting shafted… how can these BUNCH OF IDIOTS not obey the law themselves…. if this is dismissed it means that our laws are now worthless… if so what is there left for us?

    I STILL THINK THE OFFICIALS IN HAWAII THAT HAVE SEEN THE SO CALLED
    OFFICIAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR WITHHOLDING EVIDENCE.

    You may want to contact John Voigh (Angelina Jolie’s dad). He was on Headline News tonight saying to stand up Obama Nation etc. he hates him and he his got some pull and knows A LOT of people I’m sure. See the you tube video and article about his speech…Good luck!:P

    If the Judges refuse to file the default they must be immediately arrested, removed from the bench and tried for violating their oath of office and refusing to adhere to the law they have sworn to uphold.

    There really is no defense when the law is clear and a judge or judges refuses to obey the rules. They, by their refusal to act, place themselves above the law, the Constitution and they themselves become law breakers, criminals if you will.

    Jim,

    Unfortunately, Hawaiian officials haven’t withheld evidence…they haven’t been ordered by a court to provide evidence. Until then, it is illegal for the DOH to release any records about Obama without Obama’s permission.

    It is Obama that needs to cough up the BC. The DOH is following the existing law.

    Exactly Dr. Taitz. Th BC can only be obtained if Obama voluntarily (haha) gives permission for the BC to be released, or if a court orders that the Hawaiian DOH release the BC.

    As infuriating as it is, the DOH employees are just poor shmucks caught in the middle of all of this. The DOH employees can’t release the BC if one of the above does not occur.

    While it would be wonderful if an employee of the DOH would leak the long-form BC, there would then be issues with chain of custody. I don’t want Obama to have any reason for claiming that the long-form is a fraud! If the chain of custody is maintained, then the BC remains usable in court.

    Please correct me if I am wrong, Dr. Taitz, but t seems that we need a court to mandate the release of the BC…Obama isn’t going to willingly release it.

    I am not a lawyer, so please correct me if I am wrong Dr. Taitz!

    see my post today, the court in CA corrected the clerical error, they show that Obama was supposed to answer on April 11, please call the court to inquire on the status. they shuld issue a default against him today

    Dr. Taitz,
    is this info true? go to http://www.rebuildtheparty.ning.com and type in freedom-of-information, Barry soetoro received a fulbright scholaship for foreigners. He had to submit as a foreigner to get the aid. The Supreme Court of CA requested a FOIA from Occendential College. Is any of this true ? Please check and post if true.
