My May 2 2011 hearing against Obama in the 9th Circuit court of Appeals in Pasadena. While Gary Kreep claims this to be his case, in reality, he joined only towards the end of the case, by making a deal with 2 clients to switch to him. I represent Ambassador Alan Keyes, 10 state representatives and 30 members of the military. I had most cases on eligibility and brought most explosive evidence and took all the heat and all the bullets for it. Unfortunately, Gary Kreep repeatedly attacked me and even harassed me with a frivolous law suit, which was dismissed already. You know, who really does all the work and who really needs your support. Please spread the word, spread the truth, as to who really carries the heaviest burden.

Sorry, I got carried away about the Kreep lawsuit that I had no idea about.

I’m sure you will do great during your oral argument. You need to convince the court to give you 90% of the argument time, as you represent the most of the plaintiffs.

Otherwise, you know Gary, he will try to hog the entire 15 minutes.

Orly: If you started the 1st case, and you paid the fees and all, why would creep-oid have any time coming? And…on top of that, after he filed a frivolous suit against you…why do you have to keep him in this case?

I sent you an email on several items to check into, so do whatever you can “legally” to keep him from being part of ANY 15-minutes! And he knows that this is YOUR case! So don’t let him intimidate you!
