   Hannity needs an education, it takes more than being born in the USA, you must be born of Citizen parents, to be a natural born Citizen.

   Sean needs to get a better handle on this issue if he is going to argue the topic effectively. He needs to address ALL the issues with the birth certificate (not that he won’t release it). Also, he needs to bring up the Natural Born Citizen topic in it’s entirety.It is more than just birthplace but parentage also. He will do more harm to the issue if he remains ill prepared to counter the weak arguments that the left presents.

   Hannity is NOT SERIOUS about this issue. If he was, then he would tell his panel that Obama is NOT eligible to be the POTUS because he does NOT quality according to the Constitution of the US. Article II Section I Clause V. You have to be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Obama father is from Kenya, therefore both parents are NOT American citizen, therefore he CANNOT be a Natural Born Citizen. It doesn’t matter where he was born, and Hannity, it doesn’t matter if you THINK he was born in the US. TO THINK and to KNOW are not the same. Man Up, Hannity and say what is RIGHT. Stop belittling the issue, NOW!!!

   Donald Trump is now pushing for the birth cert. Too bad he won’t discuss the Natural Born Citizen requirement.

    These people miss the WHOLE point and cannot see the 800 LB Elephant in the room. Whether or not Obama was born in the U.S. is irrevelent as his FATHER was NOT a U.S. citizen as required by the constitution!

    Yes, Hannity is not well informed enough or pushing this issue properly. But, I think it is up to us to be sure these people get their message on track. WRITE SEAN and demand he get his story right. Following is an email I sent him. Let’s bombard him with the facts so he will get educated!
    My email: “I was just watching a tape of a recent broadcast where you were discussing with your panel Donald Trump and the birth certificate issue. You let non-factual statements be made by your panel without challenge. Hawaii never posted nor released Obama’s birth certificate. They only released a Certification of Live Birth, which under Hawaiian law could be obtained by someone who was not born in Hawaii. Even the Governor has stated there is no birth certificate, only a notation in the archives of a birth. Regardless whether Obama was born in Hawaii or not, even if he was, he is still NOT eligible to be President because by his own words his father was not an American citizen. To be President you must be a “Natural Born Citizen!” A natural born citizen is one who is born of parents (plural) who are citizens (plural) in this country. Obama only had one parent who was a citizen. Also, what about the FACT that Obama is using a Social Security number issued to someone else? He is using a SS# issued in the state of CT and he never lived in that state, nor does he have a SS# issued in Hawaii. Plus there are a number of SS#’s linked to Obama. This fraud must be investigated. The American people have the right to know if their President has committed SS fraud and if he is eligible to be President. It is the job of the media to investigate and expose these matters.”

    Article II Section 1:5 No Person except a Natural Born Citizen, or citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of the President.

    Article I Section 8 The Congress shall have the power to define and punish Piracies, and Felonies committed on the High Seas, and offenses against the Law of Nations.

    Law of Nations, Book I, Chapter 19, The Natives, or NATURAL BORN CITIZENS,are those born in the country, of PARENTS who are CITIZENS. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the CITIZENS, those children naturally follow the conditions of their FATHERS, and succeed to all their rights… In order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a FATHER who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a FOREIGNER,it will be only the place of his birth, and not his COUNTRY.

    Barry Sotero’s aka Barack Hussein Obama, Father was a Foreigner at his birth therefore he is not a Natural Born Citizen and cannot legally be President of the United States…
    Chester Arthur had the same Problem, he burned his family’s document in his backyard to keep it hidden from prying eyes. It was later uncovered that he was not eligible either.
