    According to our engineer – this appears to be a ghost IP from the last link in a computer to a computer Daisy Chain. This is where the hacker signs into one computer then uses that to telnet into at least 2 more large systems before it appears on the net.

    The IP locates to Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales, England.

    The only thing that our engineer’s tekkie said was that you really pissed someone big off really bad to have a mess like that. She said that there is all kinds of traffic coming out of your site, but little going in. You really need some professional help to get the bugs out of your system. Oversized data packets are coming from your stuff in spurts every 18 minutes or so. They last anywhere from 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Good Luck Dr. Orly.
