338-5

Ҥ338-5 Compulsory registration of births. Within the time prescribed by the department of health, a certificate of every birth shall be substantially completed and filed with the local agent of the department in the district in which the birth occurred, by the administrator or designated representative of the birthing facility, or physician, or midwife, or other legally authorized person in attendance at the birth; or if not so attended, by one of the parents.

The birth facility shall make available to the department appropriate medical records for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the provisions of this chapter. [L 1949, c 327, §9; RL 1955, §57-8; am L Sp 1959 2d, c 1, §19; HRS §338-5; am L 1988, c 149, §1] ”

so if a child was born at home and there was no midwife present, only grandma, then the only people who can report the birth, are the grandma and the mother

Hard to subpoena alleged dead women. Now let’s think on that a bit.

What a Predicament says: “Hard to subpoena alleged dead women. Now let’s think on that a bit.”———Hmmm, not so hard. After all, huge numbers of dead people voted for Obama (courtesy of ACORN).

But is grandma really dead? First she was suffering from complications of a broken hip. Then she dies of cancer. Obama was in no hurry for a funeral, doesn’t even attend the first memorial. This for the white grandma he loved so much, who shaped his life (yeah, right). Then months later when it was convenient for him, he has her ‘ashes’ tossed in an area that is prohibited from that. Has anyone viewed a dead body or just supposed ashes? Seems funny the first trip to Hawaii for sick grandma a month before election came right as someone was in Hawaii for a court hearing to force the Birth certificate out. That’s when the B.C. got sealed. Now all relatives who could tell anything are ‘dead’. The Kenyan grandma and family have been barred from talking to anyone about obama. What’s wrong with this picture?

Precisely. And in between the hip surgery and death Michelle said granny was doing fine. Hmmm. Now quiz me this. Would the government pay for or could you even find a surgeon that would do a hip replacement on a terminal patient? Of course not. Fishy stuff.

The “death” of “Obama’s” grandmother has always sounded suspicious to me.
