When Egypt was in turmoil the dictator Mubarek shut down most of the Internet.
The communist nation of China controls the Internet, as does the despot in Cuba. Recently, in the name of “national security” (the same reason for Egypt, China and Cuba to control the Internet in their nations) President Obama signed an Executive Order giving him “emergency powers.” How is that working out? “The US Government has yet again shuttered several domain names this week. The Department of Justice and Homeland Security’s ICE office proudly announced that they had seized domains related to counterfeit goods and child pornography. What they failed to mention, however, is that one of the targeted domains belongs to a free DNS provider, and that 84,000 websites were wrongfully accused of links to child pornography crimes.” Government is either mismanaged and/or corrupt. Is Obama incompetent or corrupt? Just ask the owners of 84,000 web sites he took over, by “mistake”. |

I was beginning to wonder if anyone would cover this. There are many websites that have been affected and probably more to come.
Your diligence is appreciated!
