This is the second case where my case is being deleted from the docket of the Supreme Court. The first case, application for stay Lightfoot v Bowen was submitted by me on December 12, 2008, right before the electoral college meeting, which formally elected Obama. The case was read by Chief Justice Roberts and referred to the conference of the Supreme Court which was scheduled for January 23, 2009. Right after the inauguration the case was deleted from the docket and only after the avalanche of phone calls, letter and faxes, which broke their fax machine, the case was re-entered in the docket only minutes before the end of the day on January 22, 2009, on the eve of the conference.
Now I submitted an application for stay of Obama’s primary election. It was submitted to Justice Thomas and resubmitted to Justice Roberts. I posted the docket, which stated: Farrar et al v Obama, attorney Orly Taitz, submitted to Justice Thomas. Now someone deleted the whole case from the docket of the Supreme Court of the US. This is the pinnacle of lawlessness that we are seeing in the Supreme Court. We reached the times, when dealing with the Supreme Court is like dealing with the Chicago mob. No rule of law whatsoever, thugs working there are simply deleting from the docket inconvenient cases.
I need your urgent help!!! Please, call the Supreme Court, demand re- posting of the case. Demand investigation of deletions. Please, write to the Public integrity committee of the Department of Justice, Chairman of the House oversight committee Darrel Issa, Chairman of the judiciary committee Lamar Smith.
In Nazi Germany and Communist Soviet Union they started by making documents disappear and it ended with people disappearing. We can’t allow this Chicago mafia completely take over the nation. Please, help me form a front of resistance to this ruling mob.
See attached the official docket as it was before with the case was deleted and you can see the docket now with the case deleted. this is a totally shocking lawlessness. Please, Forward a criminal complaint to the District Attorney for Washington DC, US attorney of the DC district, Sheriff’s department in the DC, demand immediate criminal investigation and prosecution of thugs, who are deleting from the docket of the Supreme Court inconvenient cases.
1. This is the case as it was on the Supreme Court docket until today:
Farrar v Obama in front of the Supreme Court
2. Today in the morning the case disappeared from the docket. When you look at 12A25 it only says Orly Taitz, there is no case of Farrar et al v Obama, no information about the case whatsoever.
Docket
The automated docket system is the Court’s case tracking system. It contains information about cases, both pending and decided. The docket provided on this page contains information regarding the status of cases for both the current Term and the prior Term. The Court’s Term begins on the first Monday in October and ends on the preceding day the next year. The October Term 2010 begins on October 4, 2010. Information on the docket is updated on the day after an entry is made on the docket.
Users can search for cases by using a Supreme Court docket number, a lower court docket number, or a case name. The format for Supreme Court docket numbers is “Term year-number” (e.g., 06-123; 07-12; 06-5001.). Word searches can also be accomplished.
Questions Presented. Internet users can review the Questions Presented in granted and noted cases simply by clicking on the hyperlink located within the Docket’s case summary information for a particular case. For example, when a user accesses the docket information for case number 07-330, a hyperlink will appear just beneath the decision date within the case summary information. Once the hyperlink is clicked, the user will be linked to a .pdf file setting forth the Question(s) Presented in the case.

We are very upset the way the Supreme Court is
doing. It was at one time the most honored court in the world. It is now like Russia where they bow down to a ruler.

This is the same thing that happened with your first case. I remember calling SCOTUS and being told “it was a computer glitch”. Wonder what excuse they have this time. Wait, another computer glitch is their answer. No info on why the Judge was changed. Hung up when asked. Would not give their name. Last time I checked We The People pay their salaries.

I have the same fear on an action that i just took filing an “Friend of the Court” brief with the Commonwealth Court here in PA in opposing the Democrats and their various constituencies (ACLU, NAACP etc.) in trying to throw out PA’s new Voter ID law so that they can do their usual Philadelphia vote fraud thing in this November’s elections. I put a lot of work into it-and spent a lot of $$$, and I am afraid that it will just “disappear!” Of course it my case, the PA Supreme Court-and the underlying judiciary is essentially GOP dominated, so that should keep them honest-at least to a point. I am prepared to write to the PA Supreme Court Chief Justice if necessary. In the case of the US Supreme Court, where else can you go? They are at the top of the ladder already-the very top. I think that going to Congress is a waste of time. After the Obamacare decision, I would not trust Roberts either. What about going to an Associate Justice like Alito or especially Scalia? Could they help? As a last resort, can you simply sue the US Supreme Court for something like this (ridiculous as the thought seems-the times that we live in!). God save us all.
