Less than 2 months after re-election as the secretary of state of CA Debra Bowen is running for Congress. Position of the secretary of state will be open. Legal actions against Damon Dunn (Taitz v Dunn) as well as Bowen and Gov Jerry Brown (former Atty General) continue. I might still end up CA secretary of State

Hey Debra! hold your horses,”We The People” have some business to straighten out first. Like why you didn’t do your job in the first place. Aiding and abetting the usurper in the whitehouse. Curious minds want to know.[THE TRUTH] coming soon.

I just read that Governor Brown gets to appoint a successor, and the state legislature (both houses) must vote to confirm. Not sure how long the appointee sticks around for.

No, you won’t end up being Secretary of State.
You’ll never get a case heard by SCOTUS either.
Bank on both of those.

GreatGrey, how do you know that?
Or, do you think you are God?

Keep the faith. You MUST prevail or this country is lost!

I wonder if this is pay to play and Debra has agreed to not do her job and was promised by party leaders and Soros a trip to DC and all the benefits and perks of being there, if she plays along and does not do her job.

You’re a loser Orly. Face it.
As GreatGrey points out, you will never win anything.

I received an email that in case of vacancy in the office of California, the governor of CA will appoint somebody to fill the vacancy. Unless you are close to the governor, he will most probably appoint a Dem.

Yo, hey Great…
Think about what’s just happening with Hollister’s case. The Supremes have agreed to re-conference March 4th. The issue is over Sotomayor’s and Kagan’s prior lack of recusal in his case. If they are caused to recuse your boy could be floating down the river any day now.
Read about it at WND.com, page one: “Stunner! Supremes to… ”
Don’t worry. Be happy.
Have a nice day.

I wish them gods speed, but from my experience, SCOTUS routinly schedule all or most of the cases for rehering. They get 80,000 cases each year, they schedule all or most of them for conference, 99.9% they deny. o.1% is argued on the merits. Probably 0.05% cases end up with reversal of prior rulings.
