   Darrell Issa R-Calif. the ranking Republican on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform issued a scathing staff report today charging that the White House has used the machinery of the Obama campaign to tout the presidents agenda through inappropriate and sometimes unlawful public relations and propaganda initiatives. .. ……Read in its entirety the Oversight Republican Report charges the Obama administration with the type of callous unethical and possibly criminal manipulation of public opinion that is reminiscent of Watergate and the illegal campaign activities engineered by Donald Segretti on behalf of the Committee to Re-Elect the President during Richard Nixons presidential election campaign of 1972…..In 1974 Donald Segretti pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of distributing illegal campaign materials for which he served in federal prison four months of a six-month term…..The Obama administrations abuses alleged in the Oversight Republican Report can be summed up under the term astro-turfing a fraudulent public relations activity in which the White House and the agency whose resources it is co-opting attempt to create the impression that grassroots support for a particular policy exists when in fact it has been fabricated using taxpayer dollars. ….The report points to several instances of alleged unlawful abuses ….The National Endowment for the Arts….On Aug. ….Nell Abernathy director of outreach for United We Serve and Buffy Wicks deputy director of the White House Office of Public Engagement identified the goal of the NEA program was to recruit artists to create art to support the presidents agenda with the same enthusiasm and with the same energy that we all saw in each other during the campaign. ….The Oversight Republican Report however contends the initiative was illegal.

   Most senators and congressmen don’t have the guts to challenge Obumster’s eligility. We need Orly in the U.S. Congress. She will challenge Obumster to release his long form BC and ask him explain why he doesn’t have a valid social security number.

   Orly:…Yes! Boehner is going to be scrutinized extremely well by the voters! And the Tea Partiers are NOT going to let him get away with this!

   They voted for just this very thing! To shut down ObamaCare and Spending! And from WND…it appears that now…2/3rds of the New (R) House is doing some “thinking” of their own! Good for them!

   They need only 218 votes to Say NO to the “raising of the debt,” and that will SHUT DOWN the Bank! So that Obama can’t do anything about it!!!!! I love it! Read this…

   And it appears that once they vote to deny any further “rape, pillage, and plunder” of the American taxpayer, Soros and Obama will have to curl up in a “fetal position” and “bleat” like goats!!!!

   This may be why, Orly, the “legion of loonie larceny” had to strike out at you over the phone? They can’t handle being told NO!!! I’m wondering what part of that (NO!) don’t they understand?

   I wonder if AMENDMENT VIX. Section 3.and 4. would apply to members of Congress?

   Have they engaged in…”insurrection or rebellion against the Constitution” when they refuse to investigate Obama’s Constitutional qualifications?

   Are they rebelling against the Constitution when they openly ignore their duty to support it?

   If so, then wouldn’t that disqualify them via Section 3. and would not Section 4. of that Article apply to their pay?

   Those public officials, who have engaged in “insurrection or rebellion against the United States” should lose all manner of compensation.

   Quote: “…But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”

   I think we could save a lot of money by replacing the openly rebellious public officials with ones who will respect and honor their oath to support our Constitution.

   So how can we enforce this Amendment? Any ideas?

   The opening of 2011 state legislative sessions has been accompanied by a spate of birther-related bills, the clearest indication yet that the controversy surrounding President Barack Obama’s place of birth will continue to simmer throughout his re-election campaign.

   At the state level, however, the issue continues to fester. This year’s bills, if passed, would create a requirement for presidential campaigns to prove candidates’ place of birth, a proviso that sponsors say would finally clear up the matter.

   Election law attorneys say that if the bills are passed, states may be able to kick presidential candidates off the ballot for not complying — though a legal challenge would be very likely.

   “The Constitution gives state legislatures plenary power to set the rules for choosing presidential electors. A state legislature, in theory, as Bush v. Gore acknowledges, could even take away the popular vote for the president and decide on the choice itself,” said Rick Hasen, a law professor and author of the respected Election Law blog.”
