Its about time we hear something on this. I’ve been waiting and wondering what is going on. Believe you me,people will be watching. California had better watch their P’s and Q’s,and straighten up their act.

    Orly,

I’m curious, assuming you win the case against Dunn, what does it gain you ?

The election is far in the past, certified and CA law doesn’t allow for a re-run because the Republican primary may have had issues

Where is the notice you were ordered to give? It isn’t on the court docket. Are the clerks refusing to record your pleadings? You did do it, didn’t you? You would never disregard a court order would you?

    Orly,

ANY victory is a victory for the country. You are appreciated believe me. What is “Orange County Rule 317”?

I’m just very skeptical, is this a good thing or just another stall tactic? Please don’t let up as YOU are the only voice this country has and it is SAD.

That is not the notice the court is talking about. You were ordered to give notice of the results of the hearing, including the trial date and related orders.
