The email address is the one for Tim Adams at Western Kentucky University. The IP address is out of Illinois. Did this come to you in an email or a posting ? If a posting, he may not have been at WKU when he sent the email. If it came to you from an email either he is using a proxy or it is someone impersonating him. However, since the email he has you reply to is the one for the Tim Adams who wrote the affidavit, you would be contacting the correct person.- Show quoted text –

    Why don’t you simply write a letter to the guy? His address is on the affidavit. Or take depositions of the two witnesses? Really, you are going about this in the wrong way.

    I don’t know if you noticed but there are two different emails for “Tim Adams” – one with 773 and one without any numbers. I was trying to find an email I had received from him over 6 months ago.. I’ll see if the email matches up.

    Contact Joseph Farah, he has to have contact info for Tim Adams since they did the story on him when he was in Hawaii.

    Why would anyone impersonate him? He is not an official with anything, he was a temp elections worker put on unpaid leave after weeks on the job, and not renewed.

    His job had nothing to do with birth certification, he admits what he said was hearsay, even if he makes a statement that can be authenticated as being from him it is inadmissible in court.
