– For Immediate Release – 28 January 2011 – A statement from Commander Charles Kerchner –

Why the three U.S. Supreme Court justices Alito, Scalia, and Thomas did not attend the State of the Union address by Obama. I believe that three U.S. Supreme Court justices did not attend the State of the Union address to send a message to the world in one of the few ways they can within their self imposed decorum of the court rules … by voting with their feet and non-presence and not attending a state of the union message given by someone they consider and believe to not be constitutionally eligible. And my words on 29 Nov 2010 are as true today as they were when I wrote them in November as to who is blocking the resolution of the Obama eligibility issue on that court. In my opinion, Chief Justice John Roberts is the Neville Chamberlain of the court and has been the one all along preventing the U.S. Supreme Court from acting over the last 2 years to address the Obama eligibility issue.

Kerchner is a bit out there.

Scalia has attended the State of the Union address since 1997, Thomas rarely attends, and in 2000 no Justice attended.

So how he concludes from that that the three Justices did not attend for eligibility reasons is absurd.

You are probably right about this; indeed, I hope you are. I would like to think that there are a few people on the US Supreme Court who think it’s more important to protect the Constitution than it is to shrivel at the charge of being called a racist. A person can only marvel at a “black enough” guy spitting on the Constitution that freed the slaves in this country. I guess everybody has to be an opportunist now and then. I also think of the report about the Vatican Bank that says Chief Justic Roberts is one among many people given a very generous amount of money … from who else? The US Treasury and American tax payers. Is this a great country or what? House Speaker Boehner is also on that list of people given hush money. It took a while for me to be able to digest that news. Consider, who is our Attorney General? Who else but that champion of the law, Eric Holder. We have to keep pushing in whatever ways we can. We must rid this nation of the pollution currently in Washington DC and the White House.

No. Scalia was too busy dumping tea in the Potomac River.

I meant to say that Scalia has not attended to State of the Union since 1997. My apologies for the typo.

No doubt Chief Justice John Roberts earned all that “honor” to be called the Neville Chamberlain indeed. Enough to mention that it was he who administered the presidential oath to the obvious crook and impostor.

Yet I do not see that it was he alone who prevent the U.S. Supreme Court from acting over the last 2 years to address the Obama eligibility issue. If even one of the Justices had enough integrity, he could publish his special opinion many times, even to resign as a form of protest.

Our tragedy is exactly in that no one, literally not one person among the 9 Justices and 535 members of Congress has honesty and integrity to fulfill his/her duty. Worse: It was a disgusting spectacle of REGULATED standing ovations for the crook and impostor by his 535 accessories belonging to the two wings of the same party. The spectacle on pare with the Soviet style standing ovation to Brezhnev or Stalin. Shame on you, America! That is, shame on us…

And our coward treasonous military brass in fact supported this coup.

Andrew: can we get an (url…site) for that Vatican Bank? How did that Bank find info on “hush money?”

Please give more details? Orly, here is futher reason to publicize the “MOLES” in govt!!! Now it makes sense! I will do my part in “spreading the word,” once we can verify this “Vatican Bank”!

Somewhere this week I remember reading online that Justice Roberts is now the highest ranking Federal Justice. Judge Roll, the Judge that was shot in AZ was the SECOND HIGHEST Ranking Federal Justice.

Kathy: As I have read recently, that Judge Roll WAS supposed to be the “REAL” victim of the shooting in Az…why? Cause he was a conservative and it was said that he ruled
“against Obama” in a recent case…!

So…this shooter acted like an assassin, to take him out! But heaven knows why he sprayed the other victims?? And there was NO “protection” for the Congresslady, nor for the others in attendance!

He turned out to be the “patsy” for someone, as (IMO)…he was paid to kill the judge!!! As the shooter is a “lefty!”

    Kathy:

What are you talking about? The Judge in Arizona is a judge and not a Justice. There are 9 federal Justices in America – the nine members of the US SUpreme Court. Roberts is the Chief Justice.

Chum, if you haven’t realized it by now, Kathy and Phil don’t actually know anything. They are, however, very good at parroting the views of their corporate overlords without the application of critical thought. So the fact that Kathy read online somewhere (at this or some other fact-free blog, most likely) that Judge Roll was the “SECOND HIGHEST Ranking Federal Justice” means that she will now repeat it as fact. Kathy says it, and then Phil takes it from there and eleborates with some intricate and ridiculous conspiracy theory.
This little birther world can be confusing for the rational and the sane.

I didn’t mean to single out Kathy and Phil in that last post – I was just using them in context as an example. You could substitute the names of pretty much any pair of birthers and get the same result.
