    I think the tapes may have been taped over. But some of the hearings may have been retained. I’m pretty sure all of the last hearing is available. To save taxpayer money on the purchase price of recording material – especially considering the enormous cost of your frivolous filings – we began to re-use the tapes for other hearings.

    We’ll see what we can do.
