Supreme Court refuses to hear Orly Taitz Appeal

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from a lawyer who has been in the forefront of the challenge to Barack Obama’s citizenship.

The high court on Monday did not comment in refusing to hear the appeal filed by California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz. She was contesting a $20,000 fine for filing what a federal judge determined was a frivolous lawsuit.

The suit was filed on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn’t born in the United States and thus, is ineligible to be president and commander in chief.

Comment by American Grand Jury:

The Associated Press just put this out.. it is very brief. I am sure we will have more details, possibly from World Net Daily later on today.

The Supreme Court did the same with the Apuzzo case.. DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE A REASON for not hearing Orly’s case. Truly a bunch of cowards!

   It looks like they all needed to be impeached. Perhaps the two who voted to hear it could be spared. But the disgraceful seven should be impeached. And a new set of justices installed.

   Orly:…Chito is right! And why aren’t they feeling the “support” of the New House? Why was Boehner “backing off?”

   And while I’m on this subject, I want to offer my support here for Orly! She (IS) NOT the problem, for this continuance! They ARE!

   This treason is still with us, due to “them” being threatened? and/or bought and paid for? Thusly, we know that Orly has given her Patriotic Best!

   And why was the Supreme Court set up where these judges can find lifetime tenure, then, are allowed to “go to sleep”?

   Why aren’t they required to either “do their jobs?” or become “history?” Here’s an area where a NEW LAW would defend America extremely well! And become one of the most productive laws ever!

   Also…how about all those 350-K B.C. Petitions that Orly handed Roberts? Why didn’t that make an impression upon him and the most of the others?

   This is tatmount to saying:…”we don’t care what the American people want!” So I’d like to fully understand “WHO” is responsible for removing the prez, officially?

   The Supremes have “flipped us off!” And Boehner needs to seriously “re-examine” his position of: 1) Obama’s birth place? And/or…2) The angle of his father NOT being a citizen! And…3) And a ton of social security numbers he’s used!

   Plus, how many other examples of treason he continues to subvert America with?

   Is there any doubt that this guy is NOT eligible to be sitting in the Oval Office? So…

   The justice system is no longer helping the American people. When we have nothing but criminals and liers in our most trusted positions. They all need to be tried for Treason for not doing their jobs. All of them on a military trial for Treason. We are being over run by lying idiots that should in no way, shape or form be in the positions they are in. They are helping bring America down and selling the American people down the tube.
