How many supporters and how many witnesses showed up for the hearing? Were they allowed to observe the proceedings? Or did the judge show any sign of corruption by clearing the courtroom as has been done before? What’s your take on the judge who will hear your case? Can you demand a jury trial and, if refused, can you appeal?

Did Judge Luesebrink, who graduated from Occidental College in 1962, knew Obama from his liberal college days, and then went on to radical Berkeley’s law school, offer to recuse himself before he ruled against you? If he did not, can you ask the OC Presiding Judge for a retrial or re-assignment of the case?

Orly: isn’t this illegal…to have a judge not allow witnesses to testify? I’ve never heard of this type of thing! Where did he get his law degree, from “CrackerJacks”?

Can this judge be reprimanned for this? Receive a Bar Complaint for this? Geez-us, this is getting ridiculous!

Witnesses are never allowed to sit in a courtroom on cases they might be called to testify in. So that’s not an issue here.

If I understand correctly this case was not dismissed, so let’e all be ready when and where this case has a hearing or goes to trial.

When I say be ready, I mean everyone that can start appearing in person at all of Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., and let the world that we are behind and support what she is doing 100%. If enough of us make our presents each and every time to Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.’s has a hearing and/or trial America will start waking up big time.

So lets all do whatever we can when every we can.

If you want something big to start happening don’t wait on the next guy, jump in.

It is really as easy as that, if enough of us jusr start participating and make our present known at each and every hearing and/or trial the Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., has.

If you have done nothing to help this cause, you do not have the right to be disappointed, when something doesn’t go right, or to celebrate when Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. has a big win.

Orly, Do you get any offers of help from these thousands of lawyers that are driving there fancy cars and living in there big a** homes? I would think they would be tripping over each other to preserve the way of life that made it possible to live the way they do. How did the lawyers live in communist Russia?

Leslie, I think you mean we should make our presence known, not our presents…or am I missing your point? You slid it twice, so it’s probably not a typo.

there were hardly any lawyers in Russia. Just to give you an idea, in Moldova, a state with some 3 million people, there were maybe 50 layers graduating per year. All of them worked for the government
I do not get help. some will say, I support you, I follow your cases, but they are busy with their own lives

Pepper, thank you, it is “presence” not “presents”.

I have always been a bad and/or careless speller.

    Sincerely I mean thank you

Leslie: sending witnesses out of the court room may or may not be done all the time? But the catagory also said:…”wouldn’t let them testify!”

So after reading the catagory, I think this could’ve become a very large issue, not allowing witnesses to testify in court! And it appears that we got “wind” of another “harpie” judge!
