Phil,

What I am saying,is we should send signed directives to all of our public officials.

Placing them on notice, that we the people will no longer allow them to violate their oath and our Constitution without paying a price. Such as loss of job,retirement and health benefits and even jail time in many cases.

Explain to them that they no longer have authority to act per AMENDMENT XIV. Section 3. of the U.S. Constitution.

Which in essence says, anyone who previously takes an oath to support the Constitution and then engages in insurrection or rebellion it, is no longer illegible to hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any State.

“…And who would be the “agent” to “force” these people to do their jobs “or else”? …”

We the people are the “Sovereigns” not the “subjects” we are there bosses, but, we have been acting like subjects. They work for us,not the other way around.

We the people can form Citizen Grand Juries, per AMENDMENT V. and hand down presentments or indictments, as need be. The “Citizen Grand Jury” is a powerful tool, yet, a widely misunderstood and unused method of correcting abusive officials. It actually is a fourth branch of government, totally independent of the others.

We really need to have a public forum to talk and brain storm ideas. If not now, when?

    Michael:…I’m not arguing that we should do something. But we’ve all seen how the judiciary has treated Orly and others!

    And Grand Juries don’t seem to be able to have the “real” authority to go beyond the “mock trial”! So then what?

    Now, this sending them a signed “directive” is (in a way) what we did with the “birth certificate” petition, with WND, almost 2 years ago! And many Patriots signed this. But nothing was done (to my knowledge)!

    And…we do have a New House coming in Jan., so that will offer a very good look at what we are going to find in the way of: how far-reaching will the “dismantling” of one or more of the laws, that have been signed into law, that doesn’t deserve to be a law, in the first place!

    What kind of a discussion are you talking about? Where? Who with? And…again, how does one “enforce” this? The email I sent to Orly early last year (IMO) discussed an excellent solution! But…circumstances overshadowed the advancement of any further consideration!

    So…since we aren’t being herded into one of those “extermination-like, and very strange” trains, at this moment, we should do some very serious planning, but NOT on any site! This is for security purposes!

    I will only begin to “entertain” this effort, (IF) Orly is involved? I trust her, completely, and one other person! Although, I just know that we have some great, Patriotic posters who are helping to “clean up America” of all the massive Treason we are facing!

    If you want to continue with this thought, then, we should go through Orly! Cause I don’t trust the internet…as Orly and (I) have put up with the “establishment” with our emails, etc.! We should not discuss anything publically! Only in “private!”

    But it would have to be as close to me, as possible?? It’s an economic thing! So none of us should even discuss “anything” even in emails! Cause I can tell you stories!

    I don’t want to give out my email here, so that none of the “Tazmanian Devils” won’t be allowed to spam me to fill up my mailbox!
