I just called General Horst. they have a night shift, that takes phone calls. Major General Horst —- 202-685-2808
also, you can call the public affairs unit of the Army LTC Manning 202-685-4899. Please, demand immediate investigation of Obama’s illegitimacy to U.S. Presidency and the position of Commander-in-Chief. A war hero should not be sitting in prison to cover up for an arrogant fraud, sitting in the White House without a valid SSN and without a valid long form BC and with a citizenship of 3 other Nations. General Horst and Admiral Mulin and Secretary Gates need to sign a demand for information and forward it to Congress and to Obama and let them know that Obama is undermining the military by refusing to provide proper papers

Jeff:
I had called Major General Horst early Friday morning to implore him to grant clemency to LTC Lakin. His secretary (I believe her name is “Rose Brown”) answered. She took my phone number, listened to what I had to say, and then mentioned that I was the “third” call she had received that day in response to the Lakin sentencing. I thought that was kind of a weak response for General Horst to have received only three calls given the gravity of the subject matter. I told her that I was surprised that her phone hadn’t been ringing off the hook. She said that she was bracing for just that as the day was still young.
I thought you might have wanted some feedback on what was coming out of Horst’s office.

CALL MAJOR GENERAL HORST, 202-685-2808 who has the power to change Terry Lakin’s sentence. Terry has already been sent to Ft. Leavenworth to begin serving his 6 month sentence. Let me encourage you to do this. When you make the call you should mention that Lakin had his due process rights to present the defense that orders from Obama were “UNLAWFUL orders” removed from him by the presiding judge before the trial even began and that Lakin had the support of high ranking retired military who said that the Military Code permits officers to question unlawful orders. These included CMDR CHARLES KERCHNER, Major General Paul Vallely, and General Thomas McInerney. These witnesses wanted to testify for Lakin but WERE NOT PERMITTED TO DO SO. Former Presidential candidate Alan Keyes also supported Lakin and was not permitted to testify.

As CinC, Obama is at the top of the ladder in a military courts martial. As such he is in a position of responsibility to act as an officer of the court. He can not withhold evidence that might affect the outcome of a trial. Should he not be required to produce a long form birth certificate as evidence of his own credibility?

Concerning the Court Marshall of LtCol Larkin, I need to state that this ‘kangaroo court’ was more like something I would expect to see occur in one of the Communist countries, or perhaps even one of the Muslim countries where trials such as this are mostly a total sham.
One of the major questions in LtCol Larkin’s trial was, “Is B.Hussain Obama in our military chain of command or not?’ Enter into any U.S. military base and look upon the wall. There you will find photographs reflecting the chain of command from the base commander all the way to the top. Who is pictured ‘at the top’ of our chain of command? It certainly isn’t Mickey Mouse! It is none other than B. Hussain Obama, himself.
So why is there even any question that BHO is not within our chain of command? These chain of command photographs on the walls on every one of our military bases indicate that he certainly is.
If we take the verdict of LtCol. Larkin’s trial as the final indicator, then every single base we occupy needs to remove the photograph of B. Hussain Obama from their walls. From this trial, we have now learned that the person serving as president of our military is NOT the Commander in chief. This in direct
opposition to what our Constitution clearly states.
