    Dear Dr. Taitz:

    Please reference
    https://www.safeguardourconstitution.com/news/hearing-update-dec-16.html

On the right side, printed in red, is, “Letter from Gordon Smith: Why Does the Media Run From This Issue?”

If you have not had a chance to read this letter, Mr. Smith states that he is a good friend of the conservative radio show host, Barry Farber, in New York, who has discussions of the eligibility issue on his show. Mr. Smith says that Barry Farber is a devout “birther.”

You may have already been on Barry Farber’s show. However, if not, you might be interested in contacting Mr. Farber.

Orly:…Wow! Well, it appears (to me) that LTC Lakin may have gotten tired of being pranked off by the attorneys? And he may have just decided to “end this” to just get away from it??

I also think that there “was” a “deal”! And he may have thought that it best he does this?? And I think that the attorneys that “didn’t” do their jobs “the right way,” may have been the “straw that broke his ‘legal’ back!” And he may have thought that he’s not going to get the representation that he was hoping for??

Now…this should serve as an example to all of the other military…if you get into some situation where the attorney doesn’t do their job to “fight” for you, in “every which way, but loose,” then, “run, don’t walk” to find an attorney (LIKE ORLY!) that will see to it that he/she will explore “every” avenue to defend you!?

But…when one deals with the Pentagon and those attorneys/judges there, then, it would probably be very “creative” and “intelligent” to seek out an attorney that will defend you like a “pit-bull,” with “rabies,”…but under control! And that takes only one simple question to ask the potential attorney:…”how do you feel about the ‘Jag’ judiciary, that is going to hold the court?”

Now this is a very subject question to ask. But can a client “trust” the attorney to tell the truth about being “honest” enough to “go after them,” to “not rest,” until the case is won! And that takes an attorney (I think) that doesn’t believe in a “no-win” scenario!

Like Orly discusses in her post, maybe, LTC Lakin should’ve allowed the “appeal” to reach the supreme court and to give the NEW House a chance to “investigate” this entire matter! And that piece of advise came from Kerchner, Himself! And I agree with that!

But…is it true that if he admitted guilt, that he can’t go for an appeal? He actually “didn’t” do wrong in his refusal to follow orders, IMO! Obama has made his presence very precarious to all of us, so Lakin did right! But…only he knows why he decided to admit he was guilty?

Henry is right, also, that those who “vilified” Lakin have done so with ignorance! You have rooted for the treason! And that’s just absolutely disgusting!

Lakin is NOT afraid to do his job! He’s already done his service to America for 18 years! Why would anyone think he’s afraid to follow orders–this time? There was a principle involved! I think he’s one of the most Patriotic military to come along in awhile! And this also includes the other military clients Orly has represented.

These people “stood up” to the ESTABLISHMENT! And that is not easy! Keep praying, Patriots! Never, EVER give up!!!

ABC is actually Johnny Come Lately while WND, ORYR, POSTEMAIL,et al have been reporting forever.

There is something eerily wrong about the faulty logic in the Lakin case.

If there is “DOUBT” about Obama’s eligibility, then it is clear it was NEVER ASCERTAINED!

Lakin may say he regrets what he did, but he actually did the CORRECT THING!

How can a Constitutional Republic be safe if there is DOUBT and UNCERTAINTY throughout the land and even permeating the chain of command?

Or is this THE WAY Barry O wants it all to play out? LAKIN will be vindicated or perhaps has another strategy up his sleeve.

In any case, O’s “eligibility” has gone from “tepid” in the MSM to “about to reach boiling” as more scrutiny and analysis takes place.

    Kudos to you, Orly!!

Hey, “Doo-doo,” I post to inform others that may not know or understand “why” Orly does this or that? Or why we seem to be in this freakin’ mess? Or to show “support” for Orly, any of the people who are fighting for America, or for America, itself!

This should be easy to comprehend.

But what do we see from posters like you? Someone who seems to enjoy making himself appear like one of the “bowery-boys”!!! You negative types are “sucking on ‘dems’-dialogue!” That’s (“H-L-S:…Hook, Line, and Sinker!”)

Geez-us! And, yes, “poster-child,” “there is a ‘santa claus’!”
