Lakin’s court martial trial can be illustrated with a following example:
Say a Nazi officer refuses to serve in a Nazi army. He is being harassed and intimidated by the regime. When time comes for his court martial, he says “Well I am not really against the Nazi army, Nazis are great people, are swell, I just don’t like the colour of their uniforms”
That is exactly what happened at Lakin’s court martial. Originally Lakin recorded a video statement, that he is not going to Afghanistan because we have an illegitimate commander in Chief, who does not even have a valid birth certificate with a name of a doctor and hospital, no valid social security number and a citizenship of 3 foreign nations. At the preliminary trial Denice Lind, the presiding judge, no doubt a puppet of the regime, told him that he is not allowed to talk about Obama’s illegitimacy, that he is not allowed to bring his witnesses or evidence talking about Obama’s illegitimacy, so the whole court martial was reduced to a farce, a well scripted and orchestrated farce. His attorney was reduced to a circus clown. Judge Lind told him to find another excuse, so finally at the trial Lakin plead guilty to 3 charges, which carry potentially 18 months in military prison and he came up with a garbage excuse on a more serious charge of missing a movement. His defense, is that he was told to get on a plane, but he did not have a duty to get on a specific plane to fly to TN, to fort Campbell. the whole defense was a joke. There is a very high probability he will be convicted, but they will reduce his time or may just discharge him without pension or benefits and will give him a suspended sentence.
In my opinion the defense was supposed to honestly state at trial, that Judge Denise Lind is preventing them of providing a meaningful and effective defense, that they demand to recuse her and have a court martial with another judge. They should have reported her for judicial misconduct and appealed up to the Supreme Court, if need be and demand judicial revue of the House Judicial committee. With an incoming Republican congress, they would have obtained a meaningful revue of their grievance in Congress.
If you are a member of U.S. military, please fill out an article 138 grievance and send it up the chain of command up to admiral Mullin and cc to the house Judiciary committee, (upcoming chair is congressman Lamar Smith from TX) and cc me to orly.taitz@gmail.com. Congress cannot ignore hundreds and thousands of article 138 grievances.

Dr. Orly. Thank you for being at LTC Lakin’s court martial and showing your support for his great bravery.
I have read many, many reviews of the goings on at the “trial” yesterday, but the one that impresses me most is yours. Yours states what the real problem is. Lakin’s defense attorney and the corrupt (bought off) military kangaroo courts.
I did read one report which indicated that you tried to pass notes to the defense and to talk to Puckett during a break, I assume to educate them on the real issue and how it should be handled. Alas, they obviously refused to listen to you – the one person who knows more about Obama’s usurperation than anyone, and is also a great constitutional attorney. It is certainly their loss.
I really believe that once the trial is over, and no matter how the verdict comes out on the one charge remaining, that you should contact LTC Lakin (maybe through Ms. Hemenway??) and explain what went wrong in Lakin’s case and implore them to fire Mr. Puckett and hire you to take on Lakin’s appeal.
I truly feel that with your knowledge of Obama’s fraud committed on We the People, combined with your expert constitutional knowledge as an attorney, that you could get his entire ordeal thrown out and a hearing before SCOTUS. After all, you have a case there now and also know the ins and outs of how to deal with the Supreme Court.
It can only be a plus for Lakin for him to understand you are his best chance at freedom and exposing the usurper Obama. Together, you and he can do it!!!! I know you can!!!

Oh, Orly! I think you ARE right! I was able to see both your position and the defense position at the trial for Lakin.
But your last statement here in your post, convinced me that the defense attorney (“didn’t have the ‘Rocky Mountain Oysters’!”) to do what any good attorney should’ve done! You could’ve done a better job than this so-called “military attorney?”
That “chess move” of having the defense attorney come right back at that jag-judge would’ve hit her right between the eyes, by demanding that she “recuse” herself, declare that she is not following her own laws, he should’ve declared that he was going to “get tough” by seeing to it that she would be brought before a hearing at the Supreme Court and bring her before a “House Judicial Review,” and to allow time for the (R)’s to take control of the House!
Also, that was an intelligent move to have the military to fill out that Article 138 Grievance and have it sent to Admiral Mullin, upandcoming House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Lamar Smith, and to send you a copy, as well. And Kerchner has chimmed in and given support…wait till the House gets going AFTER the New Year!
This, Orly, was nothing more than a “kangaroo Court,” run by the female version of the 18th century “rogue Judge,” Roy Bean! He was the “king of the ‘illegal’ judiciary” way back then! So your assessment on how this “illegal fiasco” was handled is correct!
The higher-ups are concerned about not doing too much to “flare up blacks” or “illuminatis,” but they best become aware that if they screw this Patriot Lakin, a lot of people are going to react!
Remember, Judge Lind, for every “action,” there is an equal and opposite “reaction”! We are reacting in “self-defense,” NOT in any “offensive way”!
We didn’t start this, so you best be prepared to begin a long road of sleepless nights and lots of coffee and lots of anxiety! Cause you and the Pentagon have “earned” our total disdain!

What would snide MAUREEN DOWD have told von Stauffenberg?
Here is a quip from her recent lackluster Op-Ed piece, in which she attempts to denigrate LTC LAKIN:
“But, in the end, the court-martial offers one big truth: President Obama doesn’t have to show Terry Lakin anything. The colonel should have followed orders.”
But she is VERY ILL-informed! Due to LAKIN Drudge has had at least two ELIGIBILITY links placed on his webpage, the latter smack dab in the center of the Middle column! Jokes about the Birth certificate now abound on Jay Leno and SNL. Think Lakin and “Birtherism” lost anything?
Nope!
Critical mass is being attained in national understanding that someone born with British citizenship from a non citizen and non-resident father, was somehow allowed to run as a candidate and then installed.
This matter evolves ever so uniquely, and even Hillary knows it. Oh, YES SHE DOES Know that NO, OBAMA COULDN’T and SHOULDN’T HAVE been nominated as a candidate in the first place!

I’m too angry and disgusted to come up with original comments for each blog so I’ll stick with the one I left over at the Post n Email yesterday:
This is exactly what I feared when Mr. “I’m a retired Army Big Shot” Vallely stuck his nose under the tent and convinced Lakin to dump Hemenway and go with that fevered metro-sexual Southern Poverty Law Center look-a-like Puckett.
Lakin has probably been isolated and under unrelenting pressure to change his stance from one of principle to one of plea bargaining for months. As soon as he did that he was lost. The only viable outcome of this farce of a trial was for him to stand convicted, go to prison, and then not only appeal but become the focus of Congressional hearings. By pressuring Lakin into pleading guilty on any charge Mr. Valley and Puckett achieved their aim of neutralizing all of his efforts.
It is not that difficult to confuse and mis-lead honest people in areas where they have little or no expertise; nor is it that difficult to make an offer most honest men with families and friends can not refuse. Even Ross Perot blinked when they attacked his daughter during his campaign for the presidency. The world is an ugly place and it takes luck and exceptional fortitude – or just plain cussedness, to survive in such a maelstrom.
My best wishes for Col. Lakin, and God bless the United States, we are going to need it.

We have been betrayed.
Lakin has betrayed us. He has broken his solemn word to us, and now is groveling before the feet of his accusers. He should have been willing to go to jail for 15 years if necessary, in order to deny the unlawful commands of the Great Usurper.
Was he false in the first place? Is he false now? He has betrayed the movement for Proof of Eligibility. If he had courage, he would have stood tall in the dock. Instead, he has crept small in the mock.
The movement has been seriously damaged. We must — must — find another military patriot willing to risk jail in order to deny the Usurper!
We need more patriots, and less compatriots.

It will be interesting to see what the sentence is. If it is a slap on the wrist and no jail time, it would suggest that a deal was made behind closed doors. Then one would have to ask why the Army made a deal ? After all, he was supposed to be made an example of. By having him plead guilty, he has given up his right to appeal. It is in the appeals process that things may not have gone the way the administration would have liked and discovery may have been granted. That is the one thing they want to avoid at all costs. So offer him a deal if he pleads guilty. Problem for the administration solved.

It’s more than a joke– it’s a human rights violation of the type one would expect from the dictatorships found running Russia, China, North Korea, or Venezuela.
Lt. Col. Lakin is constitutionally entitled to due process under the law; he is furthermore to be treated as innocent until proved guilty. The United States government failed on both counts–miserably and quite deliberately I would say.
Lakin was presumed guilty and denied a full, fair trial by denying him his right to call on witnesses and furthermore failed to investigate the legitimacy of his charges against usurper Obama. Lakin was denied due process by the newly-dictatorial US government.
If the United States government can no longer protect humna rights in the United States itself (which is painfully and obviously the case) then there is no way in hell it can protect human rights anywhere else either.

After reading Dowd and 8 or 10 others, one has the comfort of knowing our journalists are experts at journalism, nothing else. If Barack Hussein Obama truly wanted an official soc sec card, all the poor boy has to do is submit his official brith certificate to the Soc Sec Administration. They will be happy to replace his forged card with a brand new, legal and official card. The same goes for his Sel Ser Card. For God’s sake, Obamanation, do it, and stop these court martials and quit following George Soros’ orders! Hell Big Guy, you are the boss, you were voted the boss notwithstanding your 4 or 5 trrasons against our constitution.
But I err when I say that all you have to do is show your official birth certificate to obtain a legitimate soc sec card. If you were born in the West Wing of the White House, fate has you by the gonads. Both your biological parents are not U.S. Citizens, hence the constitution will not allow you to become a Natural Born American citizen.
Actually Prez, you have been doing much better lately, cooling down my disgust for a foreigner in America’s highest office. Then, my man, you allowed, of all people, Billy Boy Clinton to walk all over you. Hey, Prez, you are the boss, man, YOU are the boss, even if Soros slipped you 300 billion dollars, you’re still the boss. Ya’ll heah whud ahm sayin?
Let’s clear up a few more items. Aside from your lack of citizenship, you are also an illegal alien. You came to the United States with an invalid visa and with a name different from that with which you sign presidential documents.
In passing, there are 50 states which comprise this USA, not 57, not 58.
And, if I might add, corruption my fellow Americans, not the evidence or the governing laws, provides the major grounds for the various judges decisions in this matter. So you who are anti Lakin liberals, your cheer is for corruption, not for victory, with which the federal judiciary finds keeps them out of trouble and Obama in the WH.
Finally, allow me to close with a pleasant “nice try, guys and gals” – you who wrote the article, and you who chose to comment. Now I would wager you all feel like a fool because Lakin and us Birthers know all this stuff and you only know how to machine gun Lakin with meaningless comments and articles that show off your journalistic skills rather than valid points about Lakin and the Birthers.

Unfortunately, as soon as I read about Puckett’s “strategy” I knew Lakin’s case was a lost cause. If you must go down in defeat, why the heck compromise? If you must go down, at least go down in honor, respect and above all, to save the cause! May God be merciful to a nation that seems to have lost its honor and sense of righteousness…

Not much to appeal. He is on record admitting that all of his orders were lawful.
Why do birthers expect military folks to do the dirty work?
Since the theory is that anything Obama has done (signed bills, appointed officials, etc) is not valid – why don’t civilian birthers take a stand and do some of the following: refuse to pay taxes, insurance company can discriminate against folks with prior-conditions, etc.
In other words there are a bunch of laws and regulations that you can violate or ignore and then challenge Obama’s legitimacy instead of expecting some person like Lakin to do it for you.

I agree with Stephen, and I wrote earlier too that Lakin lacked the character to conduct the fight as he promised. Alas, he appeared to be a coward…
It is even more depressing that the entire US Army supported the coup, and except those three officers who attempted to protest, all the rest of them violated their oath to protect the Constitution! They all appear to be cowards more caring about their careers than about the Constitution (even if many do have courage to take bullets).

I find it highly disrespectful for people to be calling LTC Lakin a coward or a traitor. He tried, they crushed him, he couldn’t win and he did what he needed to do to protect his family the best he could at that point. Like Judge Carter that everyone else dumped on, you have no idea what threats were issued against him. These cartels who are behind Obama are EVIL and will kill you and your loved ones without even blinking. When they make a threat, they mean it. LTC Lakin has two little kids and a wife. Did they threaten his children? Did they tell him of the unspeakable things that would happen to his little girls if he didn’t comply? And I didn’t see you up there facing four years of hard time at Leavenworth and possible threats against your family. Is he going to let his children be harmed for what became a lost cause? I’d like to see you in that position to see what you’d do. To me, the distraught look on his face was of a man whose soul was crushed; as though he had to betray his sacred oath in order to save his family. To a man as honorable as him, that is a fate worse than death; but the only things worse are the images of his little girls being harmed.
If you want to be mad at anyone, be mad at John McCain. He could have told the truth about Obama and saved Lakin, but he chose to let Lakin burn. McCain is the Benedict Arnold of our day who has betrayed the Constitution, our nation, its people, and its military.

Lakin had more impact than people realize, I think. Probably when he saw that the military court was part of the game, and not part of the solution, he decided to exit stage right. He has shown us what our military is in fact, and that our military cannot even hold a fair trial. His trial made it into national newspapers, and that is a first for the Obama situation. He might exit stage right, but he is far from a coward. He has shown us that he has a cowardly chain of command, that cannot follow its own rules. That is a real eye opener. The wheels of divine justice grind slow, but they grind exceedingly fine. They are still grinding, and I think Dr Lakin is a remarkable person. The book I hope he writes may have an even greater impact, with this “apparent loss.” I am also looking forward to Orly’s book and movie. God bless America.

Many patriots realize that Lakin has betrayed and embarrassed the cause. There is simply no question. It is a setback.
But Porkroll is right when observing that John McCain has betrayed us as a matter of coarse political advantage. This so-called ‘maverick’ and so-called ‘conservative’ made a deal before the last Presidential election.
He was born in the Canal Zone. He knew that his own eligibility would be a distraction. Therefore, he sent a signal to the Obama camp: “You say nothing about the Canal Zone and I’ll say nothing about Hawaii.” And so it came to pass.
McCain knew the problem from the beginning. He knew the solution: full exposure during the campaign. Instead of telling the truth, again and again, he betrayed us. He kept silent because he was afraid of the spotlight on himself.
We expect our enemies to oppose us. When people like Lakin and McCain turn on us? It is a bitter disappointment.
I am fed up with cowards setting the agenda. Even Glenn Beck has been bailing on us!
