More like the judge is going to hear the defendents motions for sanctions. It’s about time!

no, no such luck you dumb obot, the judge denied all the motions for sanctions which came from corrupt and treasonous bureaucrats who claimed that it was frivolous to challenge the Criminal -in-Chief and the hearing is scheduled for August 8th, it will be on the docket within days

it was already denied by the judge. No sanctions against the plaintiffs, but sooner or later there will be serious penalties against everyone complicit in ObamaForgeryGate

I’m sure Ms. Taitz has an Order denying sanctions, or she would not say they had been denied.
Since the docket in IN does not have online access, no one from the public has seen such Order, which causes the confusion and speculation, nor has anyone seen the Order granting the hearing and what it entails, except for what the docket states… Pending Motions, plural.
Perhaps Ms. Taitz would be kind enough to post a pdf of those two documents, if I said please. Perhaps not, but just sayin’.

Thank you Orly for your posts. Personally I prefer NOT to see the stupid obot rebuttals whenever possible, we see enough of that in other forums, we know these bullies are irrational and unkind.
