    “We The People” should take out billboards in each of these Senators “home states” with their names and pictures on them stating how they voted for this. These people should have to pay a large social consequence for their actions when they attempt to starve/control the American people. Do not let them hide.

    As expected, the reliable Jim DeMint (R-SC) voted the right way.

    Results
    -All 56 Democrats voted Yea
    -The 2 liberal independents voted Yea
    -Two Republicans didn’t vote
    -15 of the 40 Republicans voted Yea (Mostly known RINOS like Snowe and Lugar)
    -25 of the 40 Republicans voted Nay

    Doesn’t matter really. It’s not Constitutional. All bills that generate revenue have to originate in the House. In order to get the votes of those who demanded it be deficit neutral, they added fees. Had they taken a House bill, passed an amendment to delete everything, and substitute the exact same language of what they passed, it would be Constitutional. They didn’t. They messed up. Should it pass and be signed, it will be challenged and shot down.
