Did you notice that today, in the U.S., a predominantly protestant country, we do not have any protestant justices on the Supreme Court?

Our 12 mile “sovereign” border should be extended to the 200 mile range and next time the Ruskies intrude, KILL them. Obama is either a weak person or intent on destroying the US. Either way he should be removed. Since the Cold War, have you ever heard of a Russian intrusion into US air space by nuclear bombers? Absolutely not because all Presidents prior to Ostupid have had the strength to understand freedom and that national courage with a strong defense protects that freedom. Oh yes, and the big gorilla in the room that nobody wishes to address is that Obama hates America. He’s a liar. He’s not eligible for office; he’s committed many crimes which I believe one deserves hanging; and he hates America.

What the hell is wrong with the people in this nation that they can’t see a clown standing right in front of them. Who’s pulling the strings and is so powerful that so many people in high positions of government are afraid to sponsor a legitimate and complete investigation into the allegations against this usurper. Be ready America. If Osama wins this November, you will see armed conflict within the US. He will implement a military force equal to the US Military but operational inside the US borders and responsive only to his authority…….as it is already written into the ObamaCare act which the US Supreme Court upheld. If you want to know whats coming…….look at Hitler’s “Brown Shirts” organized prior to WWII to thrust Hitler into power beginning the murder of many fine Germans who disagreed with Hitler, 6 million Jews, and hundreds of thousands of war deaths .

Generally, the Jewish population who support Ostupid in the US should be ashamed of themselves for sponsoring another Hitler. The Jews of Israel would never allow Obama to get away with this crap so why are the Jews of America helping to destroy the only country in the world who has fought and died to protect and welcome them?

The important thing is that we need to get Orly Taitz appointed to the US Supreme Court. That needs to happen NOW!

Roberts needs to quit and nominate Orly in his place. The Republicans need to line up and FORCE Obama to nominate her. If he refuses, they need to swear her in anyway.

The current Supreme Court keeps on refusing to hear Orly’s cases. They always make up some excuse. Even Scalia and his echo box Clarence Thomas always refuses to hear Orly cases.

When Orly is a Supreme Court they won’t be able to say no. They will have to say yes, and then at last justice will triumph.

Orly needs to go on Supreme Court today. If Kreep can get on San Diego Superior Court, Orly (a much better lawyer who does not hire forgers) belongs on Supreme Court.

Tell Mitt Romney to promise this!!! It will get him millions of votes.

After all that, they left out the single biggest non-Catholic Christian entity which rejects the supremacy of the papacy– the entire Eastern Orthodox Church.

To extrapolate, one would then have to surmise that Roberts reneged on his Malta Oath, as Obamatax is so unfair to religious, esp Catholic institutions.

I just read above that the United States Supreme Court doesn’t have any Protestant Justices even though the Protestant Religion is the most predominant religion in the United States.

I know something else, for more than four years none of those justices have had the courage or backbone to give Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., and honest and fair hearing on what’s his name’s right or lack of right to be where he is at, or do what he is doing.

Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., has more courage in her small finger than all nine of those justices combine have.

Wouldn’t it be great if five of those justices all of a sudden got the courage to give Dr. Orly Tait, Esq., a fair hearing. If they did it would be White House cleaning out time.

Justice Thomas has said that the framers of the Constitution “simply did not conceive of the Eighth Amendment as protecting inmates from harsh treatment.” See his dissent in Hudson v. McMillian.

When will you get smart and convert to Mormonism so that you will not have to pay health care taxes. It worked as an exemption when Father Mitt Romney set up mandatory healthcare taxes in Massachussetts.

Just wondering here…was nominee for the high court, Bork, one of the few Protestants that couldn’t get the time of day, to win approval?

Maybe I missed the report on the Russian bombers…when did this happen?

And with the post on Thomas’ relative, now I’m beginning to think that Roberts may have been “asked??” to cooperate, to rule as he did?

As well, I’m wondering, too, how the late Jesse Helms and H.R. Gross and others would’ve handled this entire matter??

READ The US constitution Article 6 Clause 3.
No religious test shall be given or required for holding any position in government throughout the united States under this constitution.

The writers of the constitution said this twice it was in the 1st amendment before this other one. Religion does not apply in Government.

I guess they did not want laws to be made that eventually would force people go to church on Sunday or pay a fine and go to prison if they did not want to go to church. It’s part of the personal Freedom and Liberty thing we enjoy today.

    Dear Mrs. Taitz,

I first have to thank you for pointing out that SCOTUS consists of (only) justices who are either Catholics or Jews. This is a situation which will make the Founding Fathers rotate in their graves.

I would further like to direct your attention to this article written by Andrew Fraser, a Canadian / Australian professor:

Why doesn’t the U.S. Supreme Court have a wide open nationally television hearing where they, all nine of them, take turns and address each and everyone of Dr. Orly Tait, Esq’s., allegations about what’s his name, and put all this elgible and/or criminal mess to rest one way or another, once and for all. A long time ago Justice Roberts promised Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., in person that he would take a look at some papers she had given to him. Why did Justice Robert decide just to ignore the papers that Dr. Orly Taityz, Esq., had given him? Did he decide that the way our U.S. Constitution was being trashed wasn’t a good enough issue for him and his cohorts to look into? do they really have better things to do while the Tax Payers are supporting them.

How did we wind up with nine “Scaredy Cats” on you know what, all at the same time? How can they stand to look at each other in the face?

I wonder what the following nine former Justices of the United States of America’s Supreme Court would have to say about our current nine?

    1- John Marshall
    2- Charles Evan Hughes
    3- Earl Warren
    4- Louis Brandels
    5- William Brennen
    6- Oliver Wendell Holmes
    7- John Marshall Harlan
    8- Hugo black
    9- Joseph Story

I wonder how many times did any of the listed above 9 nine justices ever you the ruse “No Standing” to dodge around addressing a Constitutional issue, that urgently needed addressing, like all of Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.’s Constitutional issues that she has filed in numerous courts all over the United States of America?

Could somebody please look that up and post that number here on this web-site, with what Constitutional issue was being dodge at that time by which one of the above listed nine Justices.

The Supreme Court should not be allowed to change into a dodgeball game.

    WAKE-UP AMERICA!

Why does it seems like all the people that are against what Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., is trying to do, just resort to calling names.

I believe all us who are backing Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., 100% would like to know where we are wrong, if we are wrong. So stop the name calling and start giving us some facts where we are wrong.

If you don’t have any facts to back all you name calling up please shut-up!!!

So-called Protestants have by and large joined Mosaic Jews as part of the kumbaya Ecumenical alliance setup by the Pope’s Catholic Zionists.

The Ecumenical devotees submit to the temporal and spiritual power of Rome in their wish to build the Third Temple; and are complacent in use of the so-called “Palestinian” agitators who operate from the White House to accomplish the move from Rome to Jerusalem.

Justices John Roberts, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan serve the cause, as all have a conflict of interest in this matter as BHO acts are void ab initio; and all are in conflict, notwithstanding the fact that Justice Roberts has a real and complete subservience to the Holy See, the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and their
Praetorian Guard Jesuit General Adolph Nicholas’s twist of his vulnerability regarding his own adopted children.

    https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/03/john-roberts-arrives-in-malta_n_1647506.html

Roberts like Trump has a debt to pay to the Chicago Diocese.

I remember when Hugo Black was on the bench things were a lot more lively and mainstream.

  22. Chris Strunk
    July 9th, 2012 @ 1:38 pm

To be more exact Protestants are just “unhappy Catholics”

To get a bit more exact. There are no Eastern Orthodox members of the SCOTUS for sure and nor Baptists since Hugo Black. The Baptists have never been invited to the chin-digs of the World Council of Churches and the reason is clear – Catholicism is at permanent odds with Baptists.

I would support a Baptist/ Calvinist old time religion on the bench to bring back that devotion to textual and constructionist interpretation of the Constitution for a change.

Do not hold your breathe the Jesuit Praetorian Guard of Catholicism in maintaining the temporal and spiritual power of Rome are running things for a long time.

I would say the Jesuits got complete control since Wilson’s SOS Robert Lansing (uncle to the Dulles Brothers) turned control over foreign policy to Georgetown in 1917, and for the Jesuit’s Edmund Walsh to wear the uniform of the DOS Security Service during the Versailles negotiations and in toppling of the Eastern Church in Russia.

To Mark, Paige, The Doctor, ProudWasp, and ThePaid Troll:

I’m not against any of the major Religions in the world. I’m sure they all do a lot of good things for their followers.

I was just trying to make a point, isn’t it very, very, strange, and unusual since the predominate Religion in the United States is the Protestant Religion you would naturally think at least on of the nine supreme Court justices would have been of the Protestant faith, that’s all.

If you are any good in mathmatics, assign each Religion a percentage number according to the number of each in the United States, then calculate what are the odds are, that in nine picks none of them would be a Protestant. The odds of this ever happening are astronomical.

Don’t you think the make-up of the U.S. Supreme Court might be a little different today if the Justices were voted on by all the Citizens of the United States.

Just a little food/fact for thought.

  25. Leslie Johnson
    July 10th, 2012 @ 2:48 am

Five different Presidents have nominated the current nine Supreme court Justices.

All but “What’s His Nname” were of the Protestant Religion.

I’m not sure “What’s His Name” is officially claiming to be practicing any Reiigion.

List of the five Protestant Presidents
    Ronald Reagan
    GHW Bush
    Bill Blinton
    GW Bush

I’m not in anyway claiming that a President’s Religious beliefs are that important.

I just find it strange, since the majority of American Citizens are of the Protestant Faith that we don’t even have one Protestant Supreme court Justice.

Just a little more food/fact for thought.
