Guys,
Saturday, Nov 13 is “Impeach Obama Day” and there are a number of rallies planned from San Diego to DC. Information is on facebook search for Impeach Obama Day.
I’m planning one for Monroe County, TN. If LCDR Walt Fitzpatrick is still in jail our mission is to get him released and at the same time bring national attention to the corrupt Sheriff, judges, and cronies operating what amounts to be a gulag. This is deadly serious, the elections commissioner, Jim Miller was brutally murdered and we believe he was investigating voter fraud. He was a republican.
I need some assistance with information gathering so I can prepare a press release and flyers.

    How about going pro hac veece? Please, Lady Liberty, Commander FitzPatrick needs your help. He was arrested for bringing the eligibility issue to the forefront. Please reconsider.

    I will help any way I can, but I believe he needs a local attorney, who specializes in criminal law. Why don’t you talk with him and talk to criminal attorneys in the area

    He was arrested for trying to carry out a citizen’s arrest of someone who, according to TN law, had committed no crime (being jury foreman for 20 consecutive years may be against the rules, but there is no punishment for that in TN law).

    Besides, Fitzpatrick rejects having a TN lawyer because he insists they could not tackle the grand jury issue.
    Someone with legal knowledge needs to convince Fitzpatrick to change his mind so he can be properly defended, not left to act pro se because of his stubbornness!
    If he goes to jail, who will step up to take his place with the Obama issue?

    I tried to reason with him before. I have written to a number of people. He is very stubborn and very rough around the edges. I was not able to get through

    Orly:

    Do NOT go anywhere near TN as they would like nothing better than to trump up charges and jail you like Cmdr. Fitzpatgrick. Until the people of TN stand up and demand something be done about these corrupt officials I do not believe anyone from the outside will have any impact. I have written to everyone of them I could with no response. I do not doubt they “file 13” all such correspondence.

    Orly, I disagree with “stormyweather”. Someone needs to defend Walt, someone professional from outside TN (that he needs a TN lawyer in the first place to have another admitted pro hac vice is another story).
    There seem to be forces who would rather see him go to jail (either because they’re Obots or because they want him to play the martyr role, even against his better interest).
    “Warnings” to the effect of “don’t go there” are just what either of these factions wants – to have competent outside counsel stay out of this matter.
    The people who are and/or have been advising Walt seem to want the same.
