– Status of Florida Democrat Damon Dunn to run as a Califorinia Republican pending. Dunn violated California Election Codes §18203 and §18500, and California Statute
§8001(a)(2).

– I maintain that Orly Taitz is the only legal Republican Candidate, and will not withdraw my endorsement prior to the outcome of pre-election filings by Barnett v. Dunn, in which I expect Dunn to be disqualified, and charged with election fraud).

    Damon Dunn is defeated. If the court rules that Damon Dunn was ineligible to run in the first place and penalized for fraud, will there be a special election for CA SOS?
