If yopu recall, right after the primary i filed a petition for stay of the results of the primary, as exactly the same flipping of the results and preprogramming could have been done in the electronic ballot scanners (ballot counting machines). that would explain, why in the straw polls before the election I was getting on average 75%, but after the election it was announced that Damon Dunn got 75% and I got only 25% of the vote. The scanners could have been easily pre-programmed to flip the results at the certain time. As the Supreme court of CA got my petition, the chief justice of the Supreme Court of CA, Ronald M. George  announced his resignation. Of Course, thye did nothing. That is why, I am so adamant about the need to forbid the use of the electronic voting machines and electronic scanners, and go back to manual counting.
