Please, see the enlarged revision date. On the enlargement it looks like Revised 7 /65. How could Ann Dunham fill out a form in 1959, if it didn’t exist until 1965.
My supporter Mike enlarged the date, it looks like 65. Do we have document experts, who can help figure out what is going on here?
