Update on Damon Dunn and Taitz v Dunn et al

I was at Superior Court today. Judge Glass has changed the law and motion day, I need to change my notice of motion to compel deposition of Damon Dunn from Tu to Mo

I decided to wait until after the election. The wheels of justice grind slowly. The case management conference is scheduled for January, there is no rush. I don’t want to rock the boat until the election, it is only a month and a half away, I want to see  who wins the election and proceed from there. Both Dunn and Bowen will not demand Obama’s BC come 2012, so I need to know how to proceed according to the results of the election.
