   John M. Roll was shot and killed along with 17 others including Gabrielle Giffords by Jared Loughner on January 8, 2011.

   It had nothing to do with violating an Executive Order.

   Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who on Friday, January 7, 2011 issued a “preliminary ruling”in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] that would basically disallow the movement of hundreds of millions of dollars of confiscated drug profits directly being placed into private bank accounts tied to mafia kingpins.

   “A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.

   According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.

   The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

   PERSPECTIVE ABOUT THE SHOOTING IN TUCSON ON SATURDAY WHICH IS OFF ALL RADAR AND WORTH LOOKING INTO

   Obama recently signed an executive order allowing the feds to confiscate all 401ks and retirement accounts. Our media forget to inform us of this fact.

   A single judge adjudicated that Obama did not have that authority and stopped the confiscation.

   Federal Judge John Roll … The judge, USDC court of Arizona Presiding Judge Roll, was shot and died on Saturday by a “crazed gunman.” The historical connotations are similar to Kennedy/Oswald in several ways.

   I googled it, Orly. The executive order was to allow the government to confiscate your estate even if you have committed no crime!

   I believe Obama was preparing to come after you for your fearless civil rights activity. Poor Judge Roll.

   It would be interesting to know in what order Judge Roll was shot by Jared Loughner. The Lame Stream Media says Loughner shot “blindly.” But if Judge Roll was shot first and/or double tapped, that would give some credence to a conspiracy theory.

   @Mike Palmer: Roll died a her. He pushed a Giffords staffer who had just been shot to the ground and threw himself over the man to protect him from further attack. In doing so, he himself was also shot but saved the life of Ron Barber.

   beginning with obmummers swearing in.. remembe roberst supposedly “screwed it up”????? when it was redone only pictures were taken and i commented then NO BIBLE WAS VISIBLE..

   i believed this was a muslim to begin with and didnt want his hands on the bible

   then didnt he rule or turn down an elegibility case agains the usurper??

   and then a judge just happens to be killed aftr going againzt the socialist??

   then a reporter in good health suddenly dies of a “heart attack”?

   then obama insults the court in the state of the union address?

   then he threatend them on the healthcare suit?

   and suddenly a very uncoherent rulign comes down changing the meaning of the word penalty to tax? (i guess it depends on what the defination if IS is

    Federal Judge John M Roll was shot dead 72 hours after issuing his ruling against obamos executive order. Judge Roll had his US Marshals pulled from his protection detail before he was called to the parking lot. Where were his body guards?

    obama then doubled down including similar language in the NDAA and numerous other executive orders since Rolls murder. No other judge in the country has stood up to obama since the shooting in Tucson.

    It is kinda funny how there is no blood on gabby, the gurney or daniel hernandez in the photos of the shooting aftermath.
