I do not like this, Uncle Sam, I do not like this health care scam. I do not like these dirty crooks, or how they lie and cook the books. I do not like when Congress steals, I do not like their secret deals. I do not like ex-speaker Nan, I do not like this ‘YES WE CAN’. I do not like this spending spree, I’m smart, I know that nothing’s free. I do not like their smug replies, when we complain about their lies. I do not like this kind of hope, I do not like it nope, nope, nope.

    Under American taxation laws and the Constitution, every citizen is entitled to the same rights as a US Citizen. If I pay $10,000 a year and taxes and you pay $100,000 a year and taxes we still receive equal rights as US Citizens. If I pay $5,000 a year in Property Taxes and you pay $50,000 a year in Property Taxes, we still receive the same benefits as members of our respective communities, counties and states.

    Now that Obama care has been declared a tax, and with its individual mandate conditions; does this mean that all citizens must receive equal Health care benefits regardless of the amount of tax they pay? In another words, by our constitution are we to receive one health care benefit for all? Does this mean that all elected and appointed federal government officials shall receive the same health care benefits as myself because we are all tax paying citizens? Does this mean that my benefits will be the same as the President’s because in the eyes of the Constitution we have equal citizen rights?

    If this is not the case, do we have a case of “Taxation without equal Representation?
