Update: in the case of the Disciplinary board v attorney Philip Berg there was an extension until July 16th for the hearing committee to file their recommendation to the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of PA

    Here’s another case where I can’t believe the Disciplinary Board can’t see that the “final” solution to any recommendation(s) should be a “slam dunk” to figure out!

    I mean, how many times does an attorney get to “deliberately” run amok of the legalities in this profession, without being disbarred?
    Other professions wouldn’t allow the continuous “rape of the rules!”
