Here’s another case where I can’t believe the Disciplinary Board can’t see that the “final” solution to any recommendation(s) should be a “slam dunk” to figure out!
I mean, how many times does an attorney get to “deliberately” run amok of the legalities in this profession, without being disbarred?
Other professions wouldn’t allow the continuous “rape of the rules!”
