Are you sure it was forwarded to Justice Alito? Or did a clerk just say so?

I just spoke with Law clerk, Danny Bickel.
He informed me your application was indeed forwarded to Justice Alito along with the 10 books (required 10 copies.)
He never did explain why the case is listed as “Taitz V. MacDonald, instead of Rhodes V. MacDonald.

I don’t know, if we don’t get a signed order or signature of Alito on the face of the application, we can’t tell if he ever saw it

I got this off the Supreme court web site.
“2009 Term Court Orders
The vast majority of cases filed in the Supreme Court are disposed of summarily by unsigned orders. Such an order will, for example, deny a petition for certiorari without comment. Regularly scheduled lists of orders are issued on each Monday that the Court sits, but “miscellaneous” orders may be issued in individual cases at any time. Scheduled order lists are posted on this Website on the day of their issuance, while miscellaneous orders are posted on the day of issuance or the next day.”
They claim most are….”disposed of summarily by unsigned orders.”
Whats with that?
Your right, how do we know a Judge even reviews it?

Dear Orly,
There is an article on World Net Daily, By Joe Kovacs, titled “Look who’s tied to Obama’s birth certificate”, and it lists Elena Kagan as the connection, as she served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.
“In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.”
“A simple search of the high court’s own website reveals Kagan’s name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.”
“The fact Kagan handled these cases and is now Obama’s first choice for the high court is raising some eyebrows.”
