You certainly are on the ball, but don’t you think this is just another dead end? Perhaps you move to the winning team? Your legal skills would be better put to use in defending President Obama against these other ballot challenges than trying to do something that will never work. Maybe you should offer your services to the attorneys for the defense down in Florida and show Kkklayman who the real attorney is? Perhaps you move to the winning team? Nazi Germany was a winning team in 30s and 40s of the last century. Would you suggest I move to their team and start killing people, just because a winning team is doing it? The future of this country is at stake, it is not about winning a competition. Obama already prepared a plan B for himself, he used our taxpayer dollars to change the Constitution in Kenya, so he can become the President of Kenya and possibly the President of the African Union. He has millions in the bank reportedly on Cayman islands. I believe he can and should use his plan B.
Millions of Americans do not have a plan B, and I would rather be a captain on their team, even if the team is under attack right now. I am not in competition with Mr. Klayman or any other attorney, who is fighting for this country. I will happily work with them. I am not working only with 2 attorneys: Berg and Kreep, because out of jealousy and greed they filed an outrageous law suit against me, my husband, licensed investigator Neil Sankey, who found all the information about Obama using stolen Social Security numbers. Berg filed law suits against researcher Linda Belcher, who found most of the info on Obama, Berg and Liberi threw outrageous accusations against her and caused Ms. Belcher to suffer a stroke. Berg caused a talk show host Ed Hale a heart attack, when he and his paralegal Liberi, who is a convicted forger and thief accused him of crimes. Berg accused Pamela Bernett of forging a document, Berg and Kreep in their pleadings accused Mr. Sankey of breaking into Liberi’s computer to get information, even though all of the information was readily available from public sources, they accused a computer giant Oracle and my husband, who is a computer engineer of writing a program to spy on Liberi, even though all of Liberi’s information is available to any of you, any member of the public, in her big criminal file and her two bankruptcy files. They sued all of the database companies: Lexis-Nexis, Intellius, Choice Point, which gave us initial information on Obama. When Liberi was requested to produce her drivers license, she made up a story that attorney Orly Taitz tried to hire a hit-man to kill her and for that reason she should not produce her driver’s license and prove her residence at the time of filling her case. Berg and Kreep put their name and bar number under this garbage. Considering corruption in the government and all of the elections fraud, I would not be surprised to find that Kreep’s election to become a judge win was arranged as a thank you, a reward for harassing me, my family and all of the research team and database companies who were involved in developing the criminal case against Obama. I believe that Kreep did not show a moral character to be an attorney, never mind a judge. Currently CA bar is reviewing the complaint against him. I believe Liberi was allowed to be on probation instead of sitting in prison until 2016 according to her criminal conviction, because she is helpful. I am wondering why the Disciplinary board of Pennsylvania did not bring a verdict in Berg’s case yet. His violations were egregious. He committed fraud on Disciplinary board, perjury and submitted manufactured documents. Any other attorney would be disbarred for that. It remains to be seen, what punishment the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will give Berg.
For all of the above reasons I do not work with Berg and Kreep, but support other attorneys.

PS.. here is the latest from the Democrats:
“Weary of defending in court the Constitutional eligibility of their man at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the Democrat Party has finally admitted Barack Obama is not qualified to be president of the United States– and that it doesn’t matter.
According to a motion filed by Party attorneys in a Tennessee eligibility lawsuit,
“…Defendants [the Tennessee Democrat Party and the Democrat National Committee] assert that the Tennessee Democrat Party has the right to nominate whoever it chooses to run as a candidate, including someone who is not qualified for the office.”
In numerous previous lawsuits questioning the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, Democrats have maintained that voters, not the Constitution, should be the final arbiters of presidential eligibility.
Though a disgraceful assertion on its face, such mindless rambling was about all that desperate Democrat attorneys had in their arsenals, apart from the perpetually employed “plaintiffs lack standing” defense.
But now, the cat is out of the bag, and the true sentiments of Democrat Party officials have finally been aired.
It seems that, according to the left, as long as the acting president has the requisite contempt for the United States, is willing to work tirelessly to destroy the national economy,and will ignore both the rule of law and his Constitutional duty to enforce it, he is eminently qualified to hold the country’s top job.
In February, Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi ignored Supreme Court precedent, made a shambles of case law,and distorted the rulings of other courts in a pathetically obvious mission to find Barack Obama eligible for the Georgia presidential ballot.
Although the first judge to decide an Obama eligibility case on the merits, his contempt for an honest judicial process certainly did nothing to mend the rapidly deteriorating reputation of the American legal system.
On Wednesday, United States District Judge S. Thomas Anderson joined a long list of robed colleagues, ruling that plaintiffs in the Tennessee case “lacked standing” to point out Obama’s Constitutional ineligibility for the presidency.
That is, plaintiffs could not claim sufficient personal harm should the Manchurian Candidate remain in or be re-elected to the White House.
Strange how the law works. After 3 ½ years of cynical disregard for the borders, language, and culture of the United States, one would think that some 240 million people have suffered “sufficient personal harm” to claim legal standing for a crack at His Royal Highness in a court of law!
There are only 30 million illegals currently residing in the United States, and those the Attorney General refers to as “his people” might actually lack legal standing in the eyes of an honest arbiter.
At any rate, Democrats have finally admitted what the rest of us have known for quite some time. Barack Obama is NOT qualified to hold the job won for him by the national media in 2008.
But it seems only the voters will have the authority to reclaim it from him. God willing, the vast majority who exercise that authority in November will be both American and alive.”
