What happened in the Supreme Court of CA

Posted on | July 24, 2010 | 4 Comments

  • On July 13 I sent my application to the Supreme Court of CA. They received it on 14th. The same day the chief judge Ronald M. George announced his resignation. See the article below. The next day I got a message that they reviewed my application En Banc and denied it.
  • Please, look at the order. Do you see any signatures on it? Do you see a signature of the judge? Do you see a signature of the clerk?
  • The word En Banc means that all the judges reviewed the case in conference. It sounds incredible that the same day they got the application, all 7 judges had time to read 86 pages of the pleadings and exhibits and review the case in conference. I am not quite sure, what to do next. This denial does not mean that the whole case was dismissed. The case will continue, only stay of the certification was denied, but how do I appeal it? supposedly all 7 Supreme Court judges reviewed the case, bu there is no opinion, no reason. None of them had anything to say and provide a reason?  I can go to the Supreme Court, but what do I appeal, if I don’t know why did they deny.
  • I was wondering, what really went on.The same day Chief Judge announced  that he is leaving. he gave interviews to AP Los Angeles Times, S. Fr Chronicle. He was busy with his retirement. When did he find time to review my case? I see so much elections fraud, but how do you fight it, if the courts would not hear anything? Any ideas?

California Chief Justice Ronald George announces he will not run for reelection

July 14, 2010 |  1:22 pm

California Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald M. George

California Supreme Court Chief Justice Ronald M. George, whose legacy is likely to be his authorship of a landmark ruling that briefly legalized same-sex marriage in the state, announced Wednesday that he would not run for retention in November.

“My 70th birthday this year focused my attention on a question recently posed by my family: Why file for reelection for another 12-year term, after having authored hundreds of judicial opinions and overseen major administrative reforms in the judicial system? What more do you hope to accomplish other than refining and preserving what has been achieved?” George said.”Reflection convinced me now is the right time — while I am at the top of my game — to leave while the proverbial music still plays, and return to private life.”

George, an appointee of former Gov. Pete Wilson, has served 14 years as head of the California court system. When he steps down in January, he will have served a total of of 38 years in the state court system. George is a moderate Republican who has often been a swing vote on the state court high.

He generated national attention over the issue of same-sex marriage. In an interview with The Times, he said he was drawn by memory to a long ago trip he made with his European immigrant parents through the American South.

There, the signs warning “No Negro” or “No colored” left “quite an indelible impression on me,” he said. “I think,” he concluded, “there are times when doing the right thing means not playing it safe.”

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will appoint his successor. The governor may nominate a new chief justice by Sept. 16. Once a justice decides not to file for retention, the governor at the time is responsible for his or her replacement.

You need a team, with Wenger, some professionals who are on your side, some religious leaders, perhaps your rabbi, a cross mix of professional community leaders and request a meeting with the California Attorney General and the Governor. Film the meeting. Show the paperwork being handed out by a state employee, handling court cases, with unsigned documents. You cannot get to these people alone, build a team and go to the capital to meet the state officials. You have a document that should shut down the court system until there is an investigation, and a reputable group of community leaders could handle this. Somebody is using the court system, but this is so obviously corrupt, they have given you the evidence you needed.

Build a team, because they are all at risk!! You local sheriff, mayor, state representatives for your district, state senator.

You might be able to arrange a talk at the State Congress, to show what is going on.

    Filmed.

Would you like to be in charge of building a team and reaching out to those people? I am getting exhausted

I am sorry you are exhausted Dr. Orly, this is terrible news. Do you have legal networking contacts you can call, or do you have an assistant to make the calls for you…have to build a team, I agree with ch.
With this case, I would go to the Press that you have rapport & support with, and state your case that “something stinks” here.
    God Bless You, Dr. Orly
