ORLY, I WAS JUST LOOKING AT THE FORM YOU POSTED! THE CLERK WHO GAVE DONOFRIO SUCH FITS DURING HIS ELIGIBILITY CASES WAS “DANNY BECKEL” There is a serious problem with the courts. the same thing happened to me in the Supreme Court of Ca. I sent my docs on the 13th. they got them on 14th and the chief Judge George announced his resignation the same day. he spent the whole day giving interviews, and the next day I got a response that he denied my application. It was not signed either. The application had some 100 pages (including the exhibits) When did he have time to read it? never mind thinking about it or discussing withthe other 6 judges. I spent $590 on the application fee, and nearly 500 on printing of the books (11 of them) binding, shipping by fed ex. At the end I doubt they read one single word. I don’t know how to hold the judges accountable. Maybe if peiple stand in front of the Supreme Court with signs: start doing your job, read the pleadings, hear Obama’s eligibility on the merits, somebody will show some conscience. I don’t know how to keep them accountable: maybe by staying with signs “Hear Obama’s eligibility on the merits or resign” |
You can see, that there is no order, signed by Justice Thomas. There is no reason to believe he ever saw the application, that he ever read it. 13 # |

Not surprising. Judge George is crooked and too busy stuffing his own pockets. You can see the full story here:
https://blog.fulldisclosure.net/2009/09/deception-of-california-supreme-court.html
An excerpt from the story :
“However, he ( Judge George ) did not disclose that the same Judicial Council of California of which he admitted he is the Chairman, also wrote Senate Bill SBX2 11”
“Such bill reinstated “supplemental county benefits” to Superior Court Judges in addition to their State Salary and compensation. Such supplemental County benefits have been held to be “unconstitutional” in the case of Sturgeon vs County of Los Angeles 167 Cal Ap 4th 630 (2008) review denied 12/23/08. Such bill also gave retroactive immunity to the Judges and others from criminal prosecution, civil liability and disciplinary action.”
