Dear Dr. Taitz,

You do not know me, but I read the latest article on your trial in the OC Register and this fellow American wanted to offer encouragement.

I admire your courage and believe that the history books will judge you to be this generation’s the premier defender of the constitution and of capitalism. You are our generation’s McCarthy, ridiculed for defending our country against a great enemy (Communism for McCarthy, and Socialism and Extremism in your case) that the sheep-like masses are too complacent and stupid to fear.

I do not presume to know the intricacies of the case as you do, but one thing is often left unclear in articles. I believe that the strongest basis of your (and America’s) case against Obama is that he is not “natural-born,” i.e. both of his parents were not citizens. In my humble opinion, it appears that this message continually gets lost as the opposition builds up straw-men and attacks your minor points in attempts to discredit your entire argument. I believe that a simple message, such as “the basis of my case is very simple in that my only assertion is that Barrack Obama’s father was not a citizen of the United States.” This is irrefutable – and baiting the opposition to bite, starts the dialog as to why this seemingly minor point is important. In my opinion, getting clarity in the message is the first step, though the second step of getting progressively higher courts to hear the case seems to me, equally daunting.

Refusals by courts to hear the case or rule on merit, seems to me less about merit of the case and more about fear. It is my belief that this legal war will not be won in the courtroom with logic, nor with sound interpretation of either the letter of the law or precedent. There is too much left-leaning influence in the judicial system (if educators are a bunch of communists, it often seems to me as if judges are a bunch of socialists). Furthermore, I anticipate even moderate Republican judges would be loathe to rule in a way honest to their judicial duties, fearing that their ruling could somehow break the USA during this rough patch (my feeling is cutting out the cancer is painful, but it will cure the patient). Courts are in many ways, subject to the court of public opinion – and that is where I believe your case will be won. When the public understands your message, the courts will have no choice but to hear your case and rule on merit. When they rule on merit, you will win.

My opinion is that the issue has become so muddled that the average person does not understand the simplicity of your case – “Barrack Obama’s father was not an American citizen.” The remainder of the argument stems from that one point. I truly believe that your case will be won or lost in the court of public opinion, therefore your greatest tools are not your impeccable logic on the matter, but they are you PR abilities, and your ability to create a streamlined and simplified message tailored to the average American, one that is irrefutable. If I misunderstand your strategy or this fellow American’s opinions are unwanted, I offer my sincerest apologies. In any case, I do want you to know that you truly do speak for a large number of people, many of whom may be too intimidated to speak out on the matter (as are my wife and myself).

Best regards,

The problem with this one front argument is that many Americans believe that anyone born on U.S. soil is already considered U.S. citizen and natural born citizen. See the reply of an Obot at facebook “Fans of Orly Taitz”, https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=56998790591&ref=ts

They believe too that the photoshopped alleged Obama birth certificate is sufficient proof that Obama was already born in Hawaii.

Therefore Obama’s eligibility must be challenged on all fronts, his father being a foreigner, and he has refused to release his long form birth certificate, and also his illegal use of a social security number issued to someone in CT.
