Follow up on dealerships?

I’ve heard of several dealers loosing their dealerships, those simply being taken from them and given to others. can someone find specific documents, how could it happen? What law was used? If those dealers owned the dealerships and were not in bankruptcy, how can somebody just take it away from them and give to somebody else?

    I sent Dr. Orly information on one such dealership in Melbourne, Florida. Hopefully she will be able to get the necessary, documented information from this dealership to know what they can be (and others can do) done to stop this wanton confiscation of someone else’s property–to be given to some other person(s).

    The dealer from Melbourne may be a guest on Plains Radio Network later this week.

    WAS JUST WATCHING FOX NEWS AND LINDSAY GRAHAM WAS ON WITH GRETA AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO TALK ABOUT PELOSI BEING THIRD IN LINE TO THE PRESIDENCY AND HOW HER LYING ABOUT THE CIA PUTS THE COUNTRY IN JEOPARDY TO HAVE SUCH A PERSON IN LINE. WOW I GUESS ALL THE HUNDREDS OF LIES PUT INTO EFFECT IN ORDER TO PUT OBAMA IN OFFICE AS WELL AS THE ONGOING DAILY LIES TO KEEP HIM IN THERE ARE NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO THE ONE LIE ABOUT THE CIA AND WHAT A TRAGEDY THAT IS. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY COMPANYS AND PEOPLE IN THE LONG RUN WILL LOOSE WORK OVER THIS? IT WILL BE TREMENDOUS. WE SHOULD BE MAD AS HELL THAT CALIFORNIA GOT 6 OR 8 BILLION TO BUILD A FUCKING TRAIN WHEN THAT MONEY COULD OF HELPED KEEP LONG TERM REAL JOBS IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY AND NOW OBAMA IS GOING TO IMPOSE EVEN STRICTER CAFE LAWS ON CAR COMPANYS AND THERE WILL BE NO MORE V8 CARS AS WELL.     There was a man on Glen Beck’s show last Friday I think (05-15-09) that was in the audience and he is an owner of a dealership that was taken away from him and he held up a large envelope that had a sticker on it that he had received in the mail on the takeover. He told the audience he received a telephone call and that was it, the company was taken away and the cars were removed and put on a lot down the street! The dealership was in his family for a long long time and taken away in a minute! How can this happen? I was sick listening to the man, he was beyond angry…..he was devestated and you could tell. I wont forget that man for a very long time.

    This is Deliberate, I see it as another attempt to drive all manufacturing completely out of this country to foreign entities.

    How can the auto dealers sell cars when the banks have been refusing to lend to prospective auto buyers. It is part of the plan.

    Wake up people, the Globalists are succeeding in their attempt to bring this country to its knees.

    Our enemies always thought that we were to powerful, lived too well and envied our wealth. With the help of our traitor leadership they are are stripping us of everything we stood for.

    Why would we lay the remaining assets of an American car company in the lap of a FAILING European car company? Think about it. Why wouldn’t we keep it here. Why wouldn’t we suggest a merger with Ford, or at the very least, ALLOW a bidding process for other companies to buy Chrysler, perhaps even it’s employees? United Airlines sold itself to the employees years ago.

    WHY? Because the owner of FIAT is a member of The Bilderberg Group. O’man is so busy selling this country out from under the American people. Is there no stopping him? WHERE’S THE OUTRAGE?

    Why haven’t members of Congress moved to stop this? Why hasn’t anyone on Capitol Hill raised a red flag on this transaction?

    Well I certainly know nothing about automobile dealerships but before anyone goes ballistic they should do some research and find out what was in the dealership contract with the automaker.Was the dealership solvent ? Did they owe more money than they could pay ? Just like our non representing representatives,Car dealership are not always squeaky clean either.What we need is the facts !

    Ford and the Ford Foundation were instrumental in the formation of “La Raza.” They continue to write La Raza checks for millions.

    I wrote Ford and told them that as long as they support radical political groups I would never buy another Ford, they responded and said that they have no intention of ceasing funds to them.

    I have never owned a foreign car, I haven’t owned a Ford for several decades and never will again. Everything I have ever purchased since Ford has been a GM product.

    When the Usurper said, “Buy American,” when the stimulus money was being distributed, he caught Holy Hell from the EU and others who threatened sanctions, so the Interloper took it back.

    Letter from a Dodge dealer letter to the editor

    My name is George C. Joseph. I am the sole owner of Sunshine Dodge-Isuzu, a family owned and operated business in Melbourne, Florida. My family bought and paid for this automobile franchise 35 years ago in 1974. I am the second generation to manage this business.

    We currently employ 50+ people and before the economic slowdown we employed over 70 local people. We are active in the community and the local chamber of commerce. We deal with several dozen local vendors on a day to day basis and many more during a month. All depend on our business for part of their livelihood. We are financially strong with great respect in the market place and community. We have strong local presence and stability.

    I work every day the store is open, nine to ten hours a day. I know most of our customers and all our employees. Sunshine Dodge is my life.
    On Thursday, May 14, 2009 I was notified that my Dodge franchise, that we purchased, will be taken away from my family on June 9, 2009 without compensation and given to another dealer at no cost to them. My new vehicle inventory consists of 125 vehicles with a financed balance of 3 million dollars. This inventory becomes impossible to sell with no factory incentives beyond June 9, 2009. Without the Dodge franchise we can no longer sell a new Dodge as “new,” nor will we be able to do any warranty service work. Additionally, my Dodge parts inventory, (approximately 0,000.) is virtually worthless without the ability to perform warranty service. There is no offer from Chrysler to buy back the vehicles or parts inventory.

    Our facility was recently totally renovated at Chrysler’s insistence, incurring a multi-million dollar debt in the form of a mortgage at Sun Trust Bank.

    HOW IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CAN THIS HAPPEN?

    THIS IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS NOT A GOVERNMENT ENTITY

    This is beyond imagination! My business is being stolen from me through NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. We did NOTHING wrong.

    This atrocity will most likely force my family into bankruptcy. This will also cause our 50+ employees to be unemployed. How will they provide for their families? This is a total economic disaster.

    HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN IN A FREE MARKET ECONOMY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?
