I am writing to announce that I have resigned as state coordinator for Tea Party Patriots. My decision was based on an increasing number of complaints regarding the Freedom Works and the GOP’s hijacking the movement and Tea Party Patriots inability to address these issues at the state level.  I finally had to draw the line when I was told about a national commercial by Freedom Works [lovingly referred to as the “Armey of Dicks”] that announced a partnership with the Tea Party Patriots. Tea Party Patriots had long been in collaboration with FW and many top members are/were lobbyists and work very closely, if not for, Freedom Works. Many of these members are closely connected to Newt Gingrich by way of partnering with his organization American Solutions. Newt is NOT A CONSERVATIVE judging by his 30 years in unconstitutional policy making [GATT, WTO, CFR, etc]. Freedom Works pays former GOP Speaker Dick Armey $550,000 per year. Trouble with Dick is he is for Amnesty, against Tancredo, makes derogatory comments about Minnesota, claims to be the founder of the tea party, and on and on… The trouble with Freedom Works is that despite what they say, they are for their agenda, they are largely GOP staffers and the leading TRIBAL marketing guru’s, they are very competitive and have burnt many bridges with Immigration Reform, Resistnet and 9/12 groups nationally. For the most part groups were rejecting them in the beginning until they provided insurance for their 4/15/09 and future events. Hmmm, I wonder where Armey and Gingrich stand on the AZ law?

Despite popular belief, electioneering is not the only gig in town. I did not want to be a “one trick pony” and a “party dog and pony show”. I want to be PART OF THE SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM.

There are SO MANY national groups. SOME are collaborated around the GOP. MORE are focusing on solving this strangle hold the party system has locked us into and reject being labeled, pitted against people, muscled around by and used by any party.

Electioneering is a tool of distraction. It is a waste of time, energy and money. They need your help because they have been DOING NOTHING and have to save face. Remember, the United States is a corporation and it is sales team red and sales team blue. They are always looking for ways to catch the dissenters so don’t fall for them funneling you into their contact traps just to ask for money and send you on your way or occupying all your time with their agenda. Start your own group, set your own goals and REJECT COLLECTIVISM. Are you are leader or a follower? Who makes decisions for you? Don’t take anyone’s word for anything! FREE YOUR MIND AND THINK FOR YOURSELF!

That being said, we want people to support individual candidates, they need your help!

Minnesota Tea Party Patriots dedicated to staying away from party politics and focused on educating and organizing down to the local levels based on issues and in order to preserve our country. To help support those in office to do the right thing. We are excited to announce that we have an office in Minnetonka off of 169 and 394. We will be holding regular strategic planning meetings and
providing technical support to our members.

It is hard to tell what goals each of you have and what made you decide to join the “working group”.

This site was designed to be a network of networks and its primary focus is on getting people connected to like minded individuals and groups.
