Important, please call and visit Gov. Gibbons of Nevada, give him my briefs and pleadings, ask him to become one of the plaintiffs. when a governor is a plaintiff, they have to hear the case on original jurisdiction, that’s an offer SCOTUS cannot refuse. Please, don’t take no for an answer, stay at his office, until he moves on this.

Finally, a high-ranking government official telling it like it is. Everyone call the governor of Nevada. Write and attach the Lightfoot petition to emails to the governor, to the sheriffs, to all politicians and to anyone who doubts the merits of this fight that must be won.
Lightfoot says it all for anyone who has any doubts…it’s all there! Common sense and the facts show that BH Obama is a fraud and not constitutionally qualified to be POTUS! Go Orly!

You tell me, how would you bring a case, where ambassadors are involved? You are welcome to draft it and e-mail to me dr_taitz@yahoo.com

It appears from the article published above that MacLaren misquoted the governor twice. The Governor never called President Obama a “usurper.”

The quote’s been doctored. Gibbons didn’t use the word “usurper” although he was royally ticked that Obama isn’t meeting with him about the state’s economic problams. The accurate quote is in the later main article posted on this blog.

To Tom MacLeran:
“I am disappointed at the hypocrisy shown by this administration,” Gibbons said in a prepared statement. “Usurper Obama is coming to Las Vegas later this month for a political fundraiser, but he will not help the struggling families in Las Vegas and Nevada who are out of work because of his reckless comments.”
The quotation marks are misplaced. See the relevant news release post on the website. He did not use the word “usurper,” though I wish he had the guts to say so.

I live in Nevada. Gov. Gibbons is extremely unpopular and is almost guaranteed to lose in 2010: https://www.lvrj.com/news/45285852.html
That may be a good thing, because he really has nothing to lose at this point, so suing Obama couldn’t really cost him his office because he’s already essentially lost it.
